Enjoy your own peace in a 40-square-meter small home. In the living room, 2x120cm sofa beds and in the small room, 90cm bunk bed. Pre-made beds and blackout curtains. You can cool or heat the cottage yourself. In the wood sauna, there is a hot shower and ready firewood. 2 toilets, 2 rooms, 2 TVs. In the kitchen corner, you'll heat up your own meals. There is a kettle grill and charcoal in the yard. Easy instructions for the functions. Pet fee 10€. Easy final cleaning = your own belongings and traces gone! No wifi, not the best for allergy sufferers and people with disabilities :(

The shores of Lake Oulu and the River Oulu and the village center are only about 500 m away. The locality has good hiking, boating and skiing opportunities. Roku National Park is about 20 km away. Art for sale on the walls of the apartment. Suitable for a single person, a couple or a couple of friends. Sofa as an extra bed for a third person.

The sun shines on the shore of the cottage well into the evening. The lakeside sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher on the property. Inside, the cabin's running water, an indoor toilet, and a shower to bring a little luxury to the stay. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

About 1.4 km from the train station and there are good light traffic routes in addition to the car roads. Big Prisma almost next door and Pitzer can be found across the street. The apartment also has its own parking space. Almost next to stunning riverfront landscapes and jogging trails go right next door.
