Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

The charm of Morvan (April-September)

Ideal vacation or teleworking in the middle of the meadows with cows as the only neighbors in Morvan Park. South-facing (stays cool in summer), very bright and spacious. Breathtaking views and quiet guaranteed. Chicken coop available, fresh eggs every day and vegetable plants depending on the season. A grocer comes by on Thursday (meat, cheese), 10 minutes from the thermal baths for massages ⚠️ tenants agree to take care of the chickens ⚠️No children from 1 to 7 years old wood-fired ⚠️heating only

Gîte with idyllic garden one minute from the lake

Detached stone house with large fenced lush garden with lots of privacy, nice seating areas and beautiful views over the lake and the surrounding wooded hills. From the cottage, you can walk straight to the beach for a fresh dip, through meadows or the forest. For groceries, the nearest town is 13 km away. The house with wood stove is located in a small hamlet near the Lac de Pannecière in the Morvan Nature Park in the heart of Burgundy. It is quiet, green and has beautiful starry skies.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover lodge. Cocooning is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel where all the comforts are present (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building close to the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructure of the stopover cottage can be used. Breakfast is offered at €10/person and can be booked upon arrival.

Old farmhouse gîte "La Chevêche"

Newly restored independent farmhouse surrounded by a fenced outdoor garden. * Outdoor amenities: - a 50 m² terrace, - garden furniture, - a table (10 people), - a pergola, - a barbecue/grill, - aromatic plants. * Interior amenities: - a large living/dining room, - a library area that can be converted into a bedroom, - an equipped kitchen - two bedrooms, - a bathroom (shower + bathtub), - a separate toilet. Pets allowed under certain conditions.

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

It is a small house of 50 m2, typical Burgundy single-story in a cute, very quiet village where there are very few inhabitants. 2 sunny terraces await you as well as an enclosed garden and not overlooked. Garden furniture, sun loungers, hammock, barbecue await you for a real vacation! ideal for 2 people looking to rest quietly while enjoying the comfort of modern amenities (Equipped kitchen, TV, 2-seater Balneo Bathtub and King Size bed).

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Bright Tiny House

Geniet van het licht door de grote ramen. Het huis biedt een moment van rust. Met een wandeling door de bossen en de velden van de Morvan, en de weldaad van het meer van Pannecière. Bezoek Bibracte en het museum van Vercingétorix, de toppen van de Haut Folin, en de bronnen van de Yonne. De gasten dragen zorg voor het huis, nemen eigen beddengoed mee en doen zelf de schoonmaak. Relax in this peaceful and warm place. It's a small house where the living is good… Everything is ready when you arrive, the beds are made, the wood stove is lit, the electric radiators as well… Hand and bath towels are at your disposal. The little house now has Wi-Fi.
