Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Oued Tensift

We stayed 1 night here before we headed home & it was ideal for a short stay. Check in was a little long winded as you have to write down passport numbers names & addresses of everyone in the party whilst drinking tea on the terrace. (we were arriving earlier than check in time & had asked to drop our bags but our rooms were ready early which was an unexpected surprise, but Bouchra talking on the phone about past guests did delay our trip to jardin marjorelle) Breakfast was lovely! original decor was nice but finishing touches could be improved ie we didn't like the polyester blanket on the bed -not very breathable for sleep so just slept with a sheet it was better to be a little cold than sweaty. our airport transfer was organised by Bouchra which was very handy! overall a good place to stay for the price

We spent 4 days at the Riad. Rachid, Mou and Youssef hosted us very well. Rachid was able to recommend fabulous places and even took care of booking for us. We also thank Samira and her delicious and varied breakfasts: fruit, homemade yogurt, local breads and pastries, eggs, tea, coffee, fresh orange juice, etc. The Riad and the rooms are beautiful, identical to the photos. It is located a stone's throw from the Place des Ferblantiers and between 5 and 10 minutes from the Place Jeema el Fna. We'll be back. 😊

After staying at many Riads during our trip to Morocco, we could say this was our number 1 Riad! Location was perfect, the Riad itself was a dream, so well preserved and the staff wow wow. Hakim, who works there gave us the best of recommendations, sat down with us and explained us the whole map of the city and just helped us solve any issue we needed. This is the kind of place I would save to recommend to friends !

A beautifully restored riad in the heart of Marrakech - elegant, clean, cool, comfortable and well maintained. The main attractions and vibes of the city are within easy walking distance. Our hosts were easy to contact, responsive, friendly and solicitous. Our fantastic housekeeper arranged longer distance day trips with trusted people so that, as first-timers to Morroco, we felt safe, looked after and welcome. We were travelling with older family members who found the set up here to be a really great introduction to the remarkable Marrakech world. I would very happily return here - great hospitality.

Amazing place with super nice and attentive staff! Pool and roof area was relaxing and the food there is top notch.

I recommend it! Great welcome Mary and Frank take the time to make sure everything goes well and give us advice. Very clean accommodation and despite the fact that there is no air conditioning the accommodation remains rather cool (you have a fan available if ever). The staff of the riad are all very nice and contribute to the quality of the place. Finally, the neighborhood is a little poor but is not so badly located and you don't have to worry about insecurity.

A wonderful welcome was given to us by Ali at the riad. We chose the airport transportation option which makes arrival much smoother. The riad was very quiet and a good distance from all activities. The breakfast offered is delicious and hearty. Sparkling clean 👌

An incredibly beautiful riad with great location! The service was wonderful and the space spotless. We got a different room than booked, but this totally exceeded our expectations. We were positively surprised and very enthusiastic. The room was huge and luxurious. Everything was clean and welcoming. We were immediately able to feel at home. There are great restaurants nearby that always had a place for us (even without reservations). I would recommend this riad without hesitation to anyone who wants to visit Marrakech. For us, it was the best decision and the perfect choice!

I cannot give this team enough praise. Property manager Abdo and cook/maid Naima are an excellent team…helpful, communicative and kind. The team arranged the transfer from the airport for a fee and Abdo met us as the home. The location is perfect…in the middle of the Medina but quiet. The design was excellent…high quality European design with gorgeous colors, fabrics and furnishings. The unit has a hammam and massage table on bottom level…incredible…and the team will arrange for your spa treatments! The rooftop pool and deck were a joy to experience the calls to prayer and sunset views over the Medina. Indeed, coming home to this unit was the highlight of the visit to Marrakesh. Thank you for the memories!

Alyson's place was everything we could have hoped for during our time in Marrakesh! Despite being right in the middle of the medina, it was very quiet and felt like an oasis from everything happening outside. Everyone who worked there was lovely and made us feel so welcome to be there. We especially loved the beautiful rooftop terrace and the breakfast every morning. Of note, the ground floor room does not have much of a sound barrier from the courtyard, but for what we wanted out of our stay that wasn't too much of an issue. Overall, a great experience!

A great recommendation! The Riad is centrally located and most attractions are easily accessible on foot. The rooms are very clean, everything is furnished with a lot of love for detail & the breakfast is great! Aziz gives great recommendations and assistance with all concerns. We felt very comfortable throughout.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The reception staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were very clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is great just 15 minutes from Ourika Valley making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The calm atmosphere and the sound of birds in the morning were my favorite parts. It’s truly an amazing place for relaxation.

I don’t even know where to start. I’m a single mother traveling with my child and booked Fatima’s place very last minute due to an unexpected situation (no fault of Morocco’s!). Fatima was incredibly responsive even before I booked. We arrived a bit late, and she kindly met us as far as the taxi could go. The home is lovely—spotless, cozy, and so comfortable. The breakfasts and optional meals are absolutely delicious. Fatima and her mother made us feel like beloved family, not clients. It was exactly what we needed in that moment. When we checked out, her mother even walked us to our next destination. We ended up leaving where we were supposed to stay for the next three nights—and came right back to Fatima’s. I highly recommend staying here. I’ll be telling all my friends and family I’ve found the perfect spot in the heart of the Medina. It was a nice stay. We enjoyed the rooftop and the cozy riad. We really loved that they haf included breakfast but obly missed some eggs. Besides this, it was very perfect and the guy at the reception was very helpful and kind!

Wow! What a beautiful place to stay - the Riad is like something from a fairy tale... There is a big courtyard where we could take meals, a lovely little pool and so many rooms and places to explore. Also, some very friendly cats to hang out with! Our room was so nice and it was serviced quickly every day. It was a little bit of a walk from the main part of the old city, but we liked that - it was quiet and away from the busy part of town. That said, there was loads of the local shops and life to see just outside the door. So overall, highly recommended and a lovely place to stay!

The riad was beautiful, exactly what was shown in the pictures. Although it was inside of the market, it was situated off a a private pathway which allowed it to be quite peaceful. The hosts and staff were lovely, very helpful and always available. The location felt safe and I never felt uncomfortable being alone. The location was perfect , there was so much to see and do. Breakfast was great, beds were very comfortable, and the place was always spotless. I really loved my stay and would definitely stay there again whenever I come back to Morocco.

The Riad was beautiful. we had a lovely stay. Breakfast was good. Bed was a little hard but we still had a good sleep. We also tried their hammam (couple) and was the best! Location wise is excellent: Quiet & safe, walking distance to Koutubia Mosque, Jemaah El Fnaa Square. The staffs (younes & soumia) were friendly and accommodating to our requests, they ensured we were comfortable. Hospitality 5 stars!

Our stay at this Riad was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not as guests, but as family. The Riad itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Moroccan beauty with comfort and serenity. The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

The place was amazing and beautiful. I would recommend it. The only thing that was a little bit uncomfortable is that in the morning when there is someone having breakfast at 7am you can hear everything and we couldn’t sleep. Other than that, it was very close to the Center and a lot of shop. So definitely a good choice.

This place was great and we loved it!!! The rooftop was amazing and Aicha was a gracious housekeeper, very accommodating and attentive, and her food was to die for! She made our stay perfect with her caring nature. We were two families of four and it was the perfect place for us to stay.

The room is well located right in the Medina, so you can do everything by feet. For our taste the room was a bit dark, but I guess that’s normal in a Riad. Also you should be aware that the room is really open, so if you travel with someone, privacy is not really given, which was super fine for us. Check in was super smooth and we felt super safe in the area. The communication was great and everyone was super friendly. Beautiful rooftop and pool area.
