Small studio refurbished at the end of my house. So everything is new, the bed is extremely comfy. The entrance is independent, and there is space to park your car right next door. Quiet location, with beautiful views of the Charollaise countryside. The kitchen and the bed are in the same room, the bathroom and the toilet are separate, with a separate door. Oven and fridge are installed, as well as everything you need to cook, pots, induction hob, sink, dishes, etc...

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Ideally located by the canal of the center , come visit our beautiful region in a complete 110 m2 apartment. Private access by the canal, if you have your equipment, possibility of picnics, fishing, paddle boarding or resting . We will be happy to advise you according to your desires. Close to the Masonic and Chalonnais vineyards. Convenience stores 100 m away ,pizza + grocery store.

Come and take a break in our Burgundian countryside to enjoy the calm and stroll along the many hiking trails. We have a room for your bike, a meadow for your horse if you are a rider. Come and enjoy a sunny outdoor area to rest quietly while reading one of the many books available. Be sure to visit the surroundings close to a renowned heritage site such as Cluny, Paray-le-Monial, Charolles, Blanzy and its mining museum

The Authentic Host

Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, office area, sitting area with TV and separate bathroom and toilet (baby cot and armchair on request). A relaxation area to discover ;) Bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. The accommodation also has a courtyard for parking and a private garden (garden table, ping pong table).

THE CABIN

Single-story home, Located in Les Gautherets in the municipality of Saint Vallier between Montceau-les-Mines and Paray-le-Monial on the edge of RCEA. Close to the TGV, A6 Park as well as very large factories such as Michelin, Framatome, Industeel, Erion etc. Possibility to park your vehicle and/or heavy goods vehicle. Single-storey studio with greenery 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom Pets allowed.

With us, parents and children will find happiness, in a green setting surrounded by meadows! Located among the vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent views. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
