Independent and elegant 48 m² studio in a detached house, accommodating 2 people. It is equipped with a kitchenette, bedroom, office area, sitting area with TV and separate bathroom and toilet (baby cot and armchair on request). A relaxation area to discover ;) Bath towels and bed linen are included in the price. The accommodation also has a courtyard for parking and a private garden (garden table, ping pong table).

This is our newest 3 bedroom gite on the property. The kitchen is fully functional and spacious. Two cooking induction rings are in function. You will also find a dishwasher and a coffee machine + a water boiler. The living room has basic yet comfortable furniture. The gite includes a private entrance and a garden. The swimming pool and terrain are shared with other guests. The property is not baby/child proof.

This former isolated farmhouse has been renovated in a modern and contemporary style. It can accommodate groups of up to 15 people. It is 1 km from the center of the village of Génelard. It is easily accessible as it is 1 km from the E607. Large terrace and enclosed garden overlooking a private meadow. 450 m2 of interior space with a kitchen open to a 55 m2 suspended terrace.

The Apothecary's House

House with an upper floor, 4 bedrooms, one of which can be used as an office. Warm atmosphere with exposed beams in the bedrooms, simple decor inspired by our travels, with pretty touches of color. Fully equipped kitchen and two living spaces (upper and lower) for more flexibility. Sunny courtyard and easy parking. Great for families, travelers, and people working remotely.

Old renovated barn

Welcome. We offer an old barn renovated in 2020, combining the charm of the old and the modern halfway between Paray Le Monial - Montceau les Mines - Charolles. Towels and sheets are not provided (only blankets and pillows are available) "We ask guests to clean the place before departure: - Vacuum - Take out the trash - Wash and tidy up, the cleaning kit is provided.
