It is an ideal destination for lovers of nature, heritage and tranquility, away from the tourist crowds. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with the convertible sofa bed on the ground floor. Bicycles or motorcycles can also be parked upon request.

Welcome to Oudon, a small village with character on the banks of the Loire! You can enjoy a cozy cottage facing the port, visit its medieval tower, walk the towpaths... Guaranteed quiet, shops, Sunday market and train station within walking distance. A little extra, on Sundays, in summer, you can attend different concerts at the Café du Hâvre, located a few meters away. Possibility to swim in the lake located about a 10-minute walk from the gîte. For cyclists in particular, remember to do your shopping beforehand as the accommodation is located on the heights of Mauves. The TER train takes you to the center of Nantes in 15 minutes, free of charge on weekends. With its independent entrance, bathroom with shower and toilet, small kitchen and separate bedroom, you can relax in peace.

The Outbuilding

We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
