During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Tiny house "Petit Paradis" is located in the center of Leiden (old town) and can accommodate up to 2 people. It is located in the harbor area, close to the passenger port, cozy restaurants and city gardens and city parks. Leiden is known for its many museums, but certainly also for the rich water sports area in the area, the beautiful canals in and around the old town, the historic buildings and the atmosphere that a university city brings with it.

Stay in our former coach house

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike
