The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful hideaway. Our cozy hilltop cabin is nestled in a quiet cove on Lake D'Arbonne, just off what the locals call "Big Lake". We have beautiful lake views and our screened porch is perfect for drinking your morning coffee while enjoying the view. An additional outdoor patio is covered, perfect for barbecuing or relaxing outdoors in the shade. You'll want to bring your fishing gear and your favorite fishing buddy to enjoy fishing of our dock.

The Private Resort Cottage

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Featuring an outdoor kitchen, spa, pool, gardens, outdoor gym & more, you can relax in paradise in your own private & fully stocked cottage with 75in & 55in TV's. Our apologies. However, due to our desire to provide the best privacy, security & experience for all of our guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties of any kind. All our guests have access to the pool, so the pool is reserved only for booked guests.

Solitude

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Solitude is a gaited, secluded getaway set on 10 acres of woods and open spaces. There are trails to hike, a creek to visit, and nature to commune with. We are 8 miles from Lake D’Arbonne, 10 miles from West Monroe, and 22 miles from Ruston. Well behaved pets are welcome as we are animal lovers ourselves. Solitude offers a great alternative to city life. Come relax by the fire, enjoy the sunsets, hike, or just rest.

Sugah’s Bayou Bungalow

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in a residential area, the serenity you’ll feel here, tucked away, will be like home. This is a brand new build, with all new appliances and furniture. One king sized bed in the bedroom, a pullout couch, and one queen sized air mattresses are available. This space is water front with access to a private deck and dock for fishing, or parking a boat on. Two boat ramps are located close by.

The Blue Cottage

Visiting our area for the holidays or special events? This property is less than a mile from the interstate, West Monroe Sports Complex, Kiroli Park, Ike Hamilton Expo Center restaurants, shopping, and Glenwood Medical Center. So what does a Treasure Bay look like in a Small Southern Louisianan town. Calm, serene, peaceful, beautiful and just right for you. This newly renovated, spacious residence has all of the amenities that we feel one should be able to utilize as if this was Your home. This residence is in a colder-sack and sits right on the bank of the pond where the locals often fish, duck hunt and hunt for frogs. Hope you Njoy!

The Island House

Enjoy all the Ouachita River has to offer at this private getaway that’s close to the convenience of town. You can fish while you grill from your porch. House is centered around a large boat slip with multiple porches. The floating house is accessed to the river lot via floating bridge.
