The Carriage House - Lovely, Comfortable, Gardens

Welcome to your enchanting Carriage House nestled on the historic grounds of Layton Castle in Monroe, Louisiana. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat combines timeless charm with modern comforts, making it ideal for couples, families, or anyone looking for a unique, relaxing getaway. More than 4 people can stay on air mattresses, chair beds for an additional fee. FYI - the bath tub is a large jacuzzi downstairs so can be difficult for people who have mobility issues getting in & out.

Gramps and Granny’s Little House

You’ll find all the comforts of home at Granny’s and Gramps little house. A full kitchen and comfy couch to relax on and watch the big screen tv. Enjoy the 9 foot ceilings that makes it feel spacious. The a/c is nice and cold and the king size bed very comfortable. A roomy bathroom to take a shower or long bath in the big tub. Easily accessible and just 2 minutes off of the interstate. Landry’s Vinyard, Antique Ally, Duck Commander & several restaurants & shopping are just 5-15 minutes away.

The Holliday House- A cheerful 2 bedroom house.

Come enjoy your holiday at the Holliday house. It is conveniently located near many unique, locally owned restaurants as well as many chain restaurants. You are 10 minutes from ULM and about 7 minutes from Forsythe Park and golf course and the Ouachita River boat ramp. Enjoy a relaxing evening at the house outside around the fire pit or inside with 3 smart tvs where you can stream your usual shows. There is a covered patio, so even if it rains, you can enjoy the extra space of the back yard.

High speed internet. 3.1 miles to ULM, 1.4 miles to Forsythe Park, 5.8 miles to airport, 16miles to Sterlington Sports Complex.

The Coleman House

We have easy access to and from the Interstate, allowing those passing through to have a convenient layover. The Coleman House is a spacious two-story country-style home with 1768 square feet of living space, two covered porches, and a covered carport located approximately one mile from Well Road Exit (Exit 112) off Interstate 20. There are many fast food restaurants within a mile. Also, there is a great public, family-friendly nature hiking trail within about 2 miles, the Restoration Park.

Also a Neighborhood Walmart and Brookshires Grocery 2 minutes away for your convenience.
