Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Otterup

The house of Rasmus and Claus is a cozy and bright house in which we immediately felt comfortable. We were very kindly received by Britta the neighbor and provided with tips on the surroundings. The location of the house is especially great with children - 5 min. to the beach and great playground on the nearby, within walking distance. We had a wonderful week in the beautiful wooden house of Amanda and Henrik. The house was equipped with all the user comforts that we did not use half of (BBQ, TV for example). We enjoyed in their own home between some private stuff from themselves. They stayed in the guesthouse on the same property but we hardly saw them. In any case, they didn't force themselves. We used spotify to look up some songs written by Henrik himself and while listening to the song about Banjo the cat we could see him walking in the garden. The cat did not get close to us. All in all, a nice week and we can recommend a stay to everyone.

We had a great stay in the cozy house. The ceilings and doors are pretty low, so when you are a bit taller, watch your head when crossing doors! Jokes aside, it was lovely and we recommend. :) And the best thing: you walk 10 min to the beach.

Pia was an extremely nice and warm host (who offered us the day of departure, but just to stay for the rest of the day). The days with her were super relaxed and cozy, so right on the beach. It's already special to enjoy the view over the bay from the dining table in any weather... For us - with three adults and children - there was definitely enough space in Pia's Sommerhus... even to retreat in Anneks and do the few work handles that were still necessary despite the vacation. (It certainly makes sense to think about in advance, if you are staying in the passage room to the toilet, so to speak, and who does it in a way out of the way in Anneks, but who looks much less out of the way than expected due to the complex of the property.) We will be happy to come back... and now also know how to move the sliding door between the living room and the bedroom without waking everyone up again. 😉

We had a great stay at this lovely summerhouse in Denmark. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The area was quiet and beautiful—perfect for relaxing. The garden was nice, and our kids really enjoyed playing outside. It was also easy to visit nearby towns and beaches. The host was friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had two nights at Pia's cottage. It's a cozy house and a great area. The bedroom has a three-quarter bed with a really good mattress. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Kerteminde in Anja's beautiful apartment. Anja welcomed us when we arrived and she told us about the apartment and the surrounding area. When we had our dog with us, it was nice to know where we could go for walks and air close to the house. Furthermore, Anja was good at giving us tips on what to see and where to go in North Funen. It was nice to be able to cook for yourself, there was nothing missing in the small kitchen. A super good and hospitable host, which we would like to recommend to others!

Very handy location close to shops, city centre and public transport. Plenty of space for us with good kitchen and bathroom. Lots of kitchenware too. Met Pia a few times as she also lives in the building. Lovely woman who was considerate of us and gave us our own space.

We felt like at home from the first moment. The apartment is very lovingly and tastefully decorated. There were beautiful fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. The location is simply fantastic. You have a great view of the bay and the offshore islands. The harbor is just a few steps away. The place is very pretty and invites you to take a walk. Peter is always available if you need tips for excursions. And the south coast of Funen has a lot to offer! We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely be back!!!

It was the second time we were there. And it was just as good as the first time. Far out in the countryside, with beautiful nature and quiet surroundings. With helpful hosts🙂

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The space was clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, public transport, making it easy to explore the area. Tim was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear check-in instructions. The apartment itself was quiet and cozy, making it the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Imagine being able to stay so close to the center of a big city and yet so quiet and undisturbed. Anders greeted us at the door when we arrived, even though we were a little early, and was friendly, helpful and extremely easy to get in touch with throughout the process. The apartment met all our needs, and in particular we were very impressed with the unusually well-stocked "all-inclusive" refrigerator. And what a lovely little garden there is behind the house. We can recommend Anders in any way, and we will be happy to return the next time we need accommodation in Odense.

On our road trip, we made a short stop at Rita's. Rita always responded quickly and was always helpful. The accommodation matched the description and was clean and had everything to offer for my girlfriend and me. We are happy to recommend Rita's accommodation.

It was a nice, nice room. There were 3 double beds, and there were other things that could be used as beds. I was surprised to find a kokeshi doll from Naruko Onsen, my hometown in Japan.I was impressed. I arrived a little early, but they handled it well, which was very helpful. I'd like to visit again. We really liked the old house, reconstructed with very high quality. In addition, the huge garden, breakfast in the countryside by the water. Andrew, a very likeable Kiwi, explained everything to us in detail. We took great bike tours and can recommend the accommodation to everyone. 5 stars plus!

Beautiful, cozy apartment in a cozy environment. Much too nice for one night!!!

Stayed 3 nights in mid-May. Location is great, with an easy walk to town centre, and a big supermarket. The apartment itself is really excellent. Inside is very roomy with lots of light and is super clean. The outdoor space is unique - a huge terrace straight out of the kitchen and lounge, which gets sun all day, and is incredibly quiet and private. Solveig is a super host, with loads of information and generous offer to share her family's space. A really great stay.

The place is very nicely decorated and clean. Communication with Thomas was also very straightforward and fast. The area is very quiet, surrounded by nature and many lakes :) we would come back!

The apartment is really recommended. We were passing through here for 2 nights and a warm and very well-equipped apartment awaited us. We felt very comfortable. A special highlight was the coffee maker and the unbranded refrigerator. The beds were already made for us, we lacked nothing. Many thanks to Rune and his family.
