On the 2nd floor are the 4 bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and tub. On the 3rd floor, there is a large kitchen with adjoining living area and covered balcony. Wi-Fi and parking are available.

In summer you can use the village's own solar-heated outdoor pool at all temperatures, whether to cool down or to wake up ;D The beautiful nature, in forest and field, invites you to large and small hikes.

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
