Our apartment is perfectly located for transit travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is assured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis was placed on child-friendliness.

The 42 m² apartment is located in an absolutely quiet location in Linz Urfahr and yet close to the center. Enjoy the advantages of the city and relax in the cozy apartment with garden and hot tub. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer due to the basement. The main road in Linz Urfahr with many shops and public transport is very close.
