The apartment is great and cozy. The area is quiet and peaceful. The tram is close to the apartment. The host is great and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.

I was a guest at Maik's for the second time with my boyfriend and it was great again! I highly recommend Blue Surprise! Everything you need is there, super clean, communication is very good and fast and the two are just totally friendly! I would always come back!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment, everything you need for a stay was available; modern, detailed equipment, spacious bathroom; the location of the apartment in the ground/basement is upgraded by the outdoor area (terrace); the landlord was always easily accessible and accommodating; the apartment is a little clairvoyant so you can hear the neighbors; outside you can hear the highway and airport, but you didn't notice anything in the apartment.
