A warm and welcoming home on three floors, carefully furnished: the ideal location to spend relaxing moments and a dream vacation. The accommodation: You will have 1 triple bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, each with bathroom, complete with bathtub or shower, sink, bidet, 1 other bedroom with "French" bed and toilet, living room with fireplace in Louis XV style, dining room, entertainment room, kitchen, ATTIC with air conditioning, fireplace and living room. Air conditioning is present only in the attic as in the rest of the house the temperature is pleasantly cool thanks to the size of the rooms and their structural conformation. In the garden: you will have a wonderful park with monumental trees that will also allow you to dine outdoors or simply read a good book, sitting in a comfortable deckchair, while your children play in complete serenity. Separate Men's and Women's bathrooms Annex: Inside the annex you will find a fireplace where you can "grill" (barbecue) and spend pleasant evenings, sitting at the table, in complete relaxation; a cook is available on request. About: The property is located in the center of the Prosecco DOCG area and is particularly convenient for reaching Venice, which is 45 minutes away, or Cortina d'Ampezzo which is 60 minutes away. There is a luggage delivery service directly to the apartment. There is a luggage storage room.

Anche se solo per pochi giorni, tutti meritano una volta nella vita di vedere Burano dall’alba al tramonto in una piccola casa rosa sul canale, decorata a mano con fiori, atmosfere da cottage, una casa dove sentirsi a casa, felice e sereno. Flora Cottage è stata interamente restaurata nel 2023 ma senza stravolgerla nella sua storia. Con un minuzioso progetto di relooking ad ogni pennellata sbocciavano foglie, fiori e rami fioriti i cui sembra di sentirne il profumo. Ci vediamo a Burano! Silvia

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Beautiful apartment recently renovated to give 360-degree comfort. The area is well served, there is a children's park, many supermarkets and restaurants, you can easily reach the sea by walking 3 minutes. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
