Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Otranto

A comfy home with beautiful high vaulted ceilings. It has a huge rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Massimo was easy to communicate with and kind enough to swap mattresses so the firmest one was on the down stairs bed for us. There is a quite steep, winding and narrow staircase to get into the apartment and more to get to the second bedroom and also the rooftop terrace which adds to its charm but may not be suitable for the elderly and unfit. Its in a very quiet location only 10 minute walk from the station and only a few minutes to bars and restaurants.

Great communication, very nice quiet location, close to amazing beaches and historical cities, it's a pearl of Puglia, you can go to Marina Di Pescoluse and enjoy amazing beach and you can go swim in both Adriatic and Ionian seas, if you drive a little to west of Italy you can enjoy Tyrrhenian sea as well! You will be very happy with place, it's amenities like jacuzzi and amazing swimming pool with inflatable toys, nice gazebo with chairs and great Bluetooth Sony speaker, bikes to ride around and explore the local area, great kitchen, big fridge, nice living room with HD TV, sparkling washroom, great bedrooms and amazing garden surrounding all this beauty! Our son loved to play with cats that were rescued and quietly live in the garden. this place is so cool that both of us me and my spouse thought about one thing the first evening while enjoying the jacuzzi after supper - would be great to buy this place and come and live here.. you remember how to dream again here, find peace and joy

Le Radici è una villetta splendida nella quale godersi una vista meravigliosa nel più completo relax e riserbo. I numerosi cortili sono tutti molto riservati e dotati di ogni confort. La casa ha ben tre camere da letto e due bagni, tutto tenuto a meraviglia e pulitissimo. L'accoglienza poi è da hotel di lusso: ogni camera aveva creme e profumi sui letti, ogni bagno dotato di tute le necessità. E' stato per noi (7 persone) un soggiorno breve in vista di un matrimonio, ma questa scelta su AirBnB lo ha reso ancora più indimenticabile!

A wonderful four night stay in the historic centre of Lecce. The apartment/house was larger than expected. Perfect for families or friends travelling together. Giorgia was a great host, meeting us early at the apartment so we could store our cases. She provided drinks and breakfast food. All those little extras make for a special stay. I highly recommend a stay at Giorgia’s house.

What a lovely tucked away little place this is. The appartment is designed with taste, respect for history, all the comfort you could wish for. Kitchen very complete. A lovely flowered terrace to have your morning tea or breakfast. No wifi (yet?), but we did not miss it a bit. (On the nearby Piazza Salandra you can find free wifi). In the heart of the historic centre, with shops, cafes, restaurants, a central supermarket, everything one might think of nearby, just 2 minutes. Yet it is very quiet and secluded. Nardò itself is very elegant and pleasant. We would love to come again to this little place of Andrea and Maria. Thank you very much. Tot ziens!

We had the most amazing time at the Masseria! The property is beautifully curated … rooms full of character and quirky details, spacious and most of all homely . The large outdoor area allows for al fresco dining and plenty of socialising. Beautiful pool area and gardens …the attention to detail is incredible. Thank you Francesca for creating such a wonderful home and allowing us to share it !

Adoro i posti con la vista mare dall’alto. Ho amato questo posto. Sopratutto la stanza al piano terra…. Da dove ho potuto ammirare tutte le mattine l’alba magica! Antonella è stata molto accogliente e sempre reattiva! L’unica pecca e non poter accedere al mare direttamente da lì. Sarebbe favoloso se potessero trovare un modo per farlo. Il posto è adatto per chi ama la tranquillità il vento e il rumore del mare! ❤️

Si vous cherchez un logement au calme, insolite, à 4 mn de la mer, accessible facilement, en famille ou avec des amis, pour visiter le Salento et les Pouilles, vous êtes au bon endroit. Francisco est très accueillant et à la moindre question vous aurez une réponse rapidement. Il a astucieusement rénové les 2 trullos que constitue la location et le jardin clos ajoute une note bien sympathique à l'ensemble.

Très bon accueil de Marina et très gentil. Très pratique sa machine à laver et en plus avec les pastilles à disposition. Logement très propre et bonne literie. Bonne continuation

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in het prachtige appartement. Vooral op het dakterras was het heerlijk verblijven in de ochtend met ontbijt en koffie, en in de avond met een heerlijk wijntje. Uitzicht was prachtig. Verder heeft het appartement goede bedden en prima badkamers. Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum dus veel restaurantjes en de haven op loopafstand. Een aanrader!

We absolutely loved our stay in the Artist's Apartment and would recommend to anyone visiting Lecce! The space had everything we needed and a beautiful terrace, with a hammock - perfect for relaxing after seeing the city. The shower is very small but this didn't bother us. The place is walkable to the beautiful old town and has air-con. The host let us in slightly early which was really helpful and appreciated. The flat was beautiful and had fun quirky art everywhere - we loved our stay!

Davide was super responsive and friendly, we enjoyed our stay the apartment is full of details and clean. We arrive later than plan he was super flexible on the check-in.

We had a wonderful stay here in Gallipoli this is a beautiful apartment with great upstairs outdoor space. Extremely well kitted out with everything you could need plus beach towels. Aurora was excellent and provided us with great suggested trips etc I would highly recommend!

L’appartement est très joli, déco moderne, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour chez Lorenzo. Les échanges par téléphone étaient très clairs, appartement facile à trouver explications très précises. Lorenzo est très réactif!

Il soggiorno da Emanuela è stato sorprendente. Il giardino curatissimo, nonostante il caldo salentino tutto era verde: il prato, gli alberi di ibiscus, di limone, di mandarino, di nocciole. Spesso Gigi ci omaggiava dei frutti della terra. Accoglienza al top. Emanuela è sempre pronta a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. La loro è una presenza certa ma discreta. L’appartamento molto confortevole e fresco. A pochi minuti delle più belle spiagge del Salento. Tranquillità e comodità sono le parole che meglio descrivono il soggiorno. Ritorneremo.

This place is stunning! We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the view all day. We did a grocery shop prior to arriving, cooked/bbq’d without issue (plenty of cooking utensils/dishes), and ate al fresco when the weather permitted. We did laundry and everything air-dried quickly in the sun and breeze. Did a beautiful coastal drive. Loved everything about this place. Assunta gave great recommendations, met us to review everything, and was very responsive to the few questions we had. The bed was super comfy too. Oh and did I mention THE VIEW? Tons of storage to keep the bedroom uncluttered. Assunta provided snacks (loved the cookies), rusks, taralli, and a bottle of wine too! We would love to return year after year! It’s a WOW!

jardin très agréable. maison suffisamment grande pour 4 adultes puisqu'on disposait de 3 chambres. 1 couple et 2 célibataires. pièce de vie confortable pour le soir, petit déjeuner au soleil... cuisine bien équipée. les petits plus, l'accueil joyeux de Salavatore, et le départ ou le couple nous a fourni des douceurs. emplacement en plein centre du salento ce qui fait que la plupart des destinations sont très faciles d'accès. Occasionally on Airbnb you arrive somewhere and it’s like hitting the jackpot. Each and every space is beautiful, well appointed and through a design lens- stunning. Laid back luxury at its best. We are a (grown up) family of 9 and appreciated the numerous spaces to step back for moments of solitude - both inside and out. All the bedrooms are gorgeous- so no one left feeling like they’ve pulled the short straw, and the kitchen is perfect for creating big dinners. A cool (thanks to the air con) sitting room-perfect for reading, and bathrooms all well designed and good looking. The pool is beautiful- big enough to get a proper swim in which in my experience is rare, but the huge table under the canopied terrace off the kitchen was the place to be! The village bar is a 2 minute walk away and more restaurants a 15 minute walk. Can’t recommend enough, and can’t wait to return. Thank you Rocco and the wonderful house keepers for making our stay perfectly fabulous.

Séjour les pieds dans l’eau. Si vous aimez dormir avec le bruit des vagues, allez vous baigner le matin à 2 pas et revenir prendre le petit déjeuner sur une super terrasse avec vue sur la mer… c’est le bon endroit. Proche de Gallipoli (en voiture) et pas loin de Lecce non plus. Mi-mai, c’est un peu mort, bien sûr, mais cela nous a tout à fait convenu et nous n’avons eu aucun problème pour trouver des restos et des magasins d’alimentation. La maison de Francesco est non seulement charmante, mais très pratique. Tout est bien pensé. Nous n’avons pas eu le plaisir de rencontrer Francesco, mais il a répondu très rapidement à nos nombreux messages 😉

Très bien située pour visiter tous sites du sud des Pouilles à la journée, cette maison est magnifique avec un grand espace extérieur. Les espaces intérieurs sont grands et beaux, la cuisine très agréable ainsi que la piscine. La piscine est un peu loin de la maison et il y a un bâtiment en construction dans le jardin ce qui gâche un peu la vue c’est dommage. Mais l’ensemble est tout de même très agréable !

We had an amazing stay at Francesca’s. We were in contact with Lukas who was extremely helpful, clear and friendly. At check in, Lukas met us and showed us around, he had many local recommendations for us. Throughout the stay he was super responsive and helpful. The first morning we woke up to fresh croissant and pasticciotti!! The house was beautiful, very spacious, full of light and extremely clean. There are many places to sit and many amenities like the pool, outside showers, hammocks and outside BBQ area. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you.

Ein wunderschönes Haus in phantastischer Lage. Wir waren schon das zweite Mal dort und werden sicher wieder kommen. Der Gastgeber Alberto ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Für alle die einen individuellen Urlaub suchen genau das richtige. Danke Alberto

We were looking for a small town in Italy. We found just that. Mostly locals. Giurdignano is about 10 to 15 minutes by car to Otranto. The village itself is very quaint, with one sports bar, 2 or 3 restaurant/pizzerias/a small grocery store, a little market, and a bakery. Everyone was very nice. The house is very well stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much, even though the weather didn't cooperate very much. To visit other cities, you need a car, or a driver. Communication was great between the owner, myself, and the management staff. I would return.

We spent a week in the villa with our children. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from Stefania and were overwhelmed by the beautiful view of the sea. The whole complex is very well maintained and lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. We felt very comfortable. We can fully recommend the villa!
