Very responsive and accommodating host. Great place to stay.

It's our first time staying in Iloilo City, and choosing this place was one of the best decisions we made during our trip. It's located inside a subdivision, so you get to relax because of the peaceful surroundings. We timed our walk and reached the highway in just 5 minutes, where you can take public transportation like local jeepneys, e-jeeps, or tricycles if you choose not to use Grab or Maxim. Our room was very nice and clean, and we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Goldie, who was extremely kind and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. There was even free drinking water provided, so we didn’t have to worry about buying water outside. We're also grateful to the hosts, who were very responsive. Our overall stay here was great, and we’ll definitely come back next time.

Ellyn’s place is perfect place for us .. close proximity to restaurants, S&R . My husband & I appreciate the space .. plus the pool is a nice add on. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Iloilo.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

We had a great 3-night stay! The place is new, clean, and very nice—exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very accommodating and made sure to inform us ahead of time about scheduled power outages, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment complex is super new, so all amenities work well and are in good condition. Once you're checked in, getting in and out is super easy and there are plenty of linens in case you need to swap bedsheets for any reason. Having Amazon Prime Video is a nice plus as well, and the price is very competitive for the more upscale location. Host also offered to have the place cleaned 1 week into my 2 week stay, which was fantastic. The cleaner did a great job and I appreciated the offer. One note: make sure to bring your own toiletries as there weren't any when I stayed.

I had a wonderful stay at HuboMoto’s place! The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to restaurants and public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. They even left some thoughtful touches like free coffee. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed at Zenith’s for over two weeks, and all I can say is that it was one of the most stress-free airbnb space I have ever been! It had everything you could possibly need. The washing machine broke down before we came in and Zenith basically told us that she will have our clothes washed for us. Jhonabel was also very accommodating and very easy to ask questions to. The place itself was very well located with a lot of great restaurants basically walkable from the area. No complaints, highly recommended place!

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding in Bacolod and had an amazing experience. We had lots of family flying in from different parts of the Philippines and abroad, and this home was the perfect place for us to gather, relax, and enjoy each other’s company. The caretakers—June, Pia, and the rest of the team—were all incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always ready to assist with a smile. Venice was also wonderful to communicate with, responding to all my questions promptly and clearly. The property itself is peaceful and surrounded by a beautiful garden, which made it feel like a serene retreat. It was quiet, cozy, and welcoming—we truly felt at home here. Thank you for making our family’s special occasion even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay in Bacolod!

This is the perfect place to visit my girlfriend's family. It's centrally located for her family to be able to visit. It's spacious and accommodating. There's a pool and billiards table to keep everyone entertained. Also the caretakers on-site are very helpful. And Gina makes sure we get checked in and settled before ouour stay. I highly recommend this stay.

I booked Jay's place for my entire family, and we all loved it! The home was very nice and cozy, spacious and comfortable. The location was private and peaceful as well. Jay is an awesome host! Checking in was a breeze, and he cheerfully agreed to our checkout request. We’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

This is home was just what we needed on our trip to the Philippines! Comfortable, clean, and a great location to almost everything we were looking for (shopping mall, restaurants, grocery and more). Great value for money. The unit is located in Building B, which is a big plus since I'm with my mom — it's much closer to the mall, making walking to and from more convenient.
