Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Iloilo

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was spotless and exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus and made coming and going super convenient. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made everything even easier. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable place to stay.

Felt at home and the items were complete even the guest kit, free snacks and water, board games, free teas, etc. Would definitely book this place again when I visit bacolod.

Jamie's condo in the Palladium building is almost brand new and it's well built and furnished nicely. Well located and the concierge and porters are very helpful always opening doors for us and carrying luggage or whatever we bought when shopping. No cost and no tips expected, even from the lovely, efficient cleaning staff. The washer and dryer in the laundry was appreciated and so was the large fridge and cooking facilities. There’s heaps to do around the Palladium and it’s only a quick walk to Megaworld Centre or a quick Grab or Taxi ride to SM City (only about 80 pesos). We loved having the unit as a ‘home base’ when we went to Boracay for a week and to Guimaras Island for a few days. Location in Iloilo is great and Jamie’s condo is very quiet on the 11th floor. Lifts are fast too. Would love to return and if available, we would book with Jamie again next year as her unit is outstanding value

This is a really great unit with a very friendly and responsive host. The unit has everything you need and it is very updated. For instance, it has a marble kitchen, nice floor tiles, and a smart TV. This makes it one of the nicest units around. The complex is similar to a homestay, but with more privacy than normal home stays due to the room layout. Jhen is quick to respond to everything, let me do laundry at hers, and the pool was great and always available. I would recommend staying here

We had a wonderful stay at Xavioré! The place was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing trip. Jan’s place was the perfect place for my friends and I’s get together! The place looked exactly like the photos, it was really clean, and easy to find! The room was also really spacious and was big enough for the three of us. Jan also gave clear instructions before the self check-in and Miss Sherill, our contact person was also really helpful and responsive to our inquiries and requests. They were both really accommodating. Would definitely book this place again and would recommend it to my friends.

If you're looking for 5-Star, you've found the right place. You will NOT be disappointed. The Host, Jim, has an immaculate apartment in the fixture, fittings, furniture and amenities - the quality of everything in the apartment stands out. I've stayed here a number of time now and the responsiveness of Jim has been outstanding - Offering suggestions and helping out with questions above and beyond the rental of the apartment. My stays were often for multiple weeks and as such his team would do a weekly clean which always resulted in a complete reset with everything completely back to the day I first walked in. A truely exception gem on Airbnb!!

Apartment complex is super new, so all amenities work well and are in good condition. Once you're checked in, getting in and out is super easy and there are plenty of linens in case you need to swap bedsheets for any reason. Having Amazon Prime Video is a nice plus as well, and the price is very competitive for the more upscale location. Host also offered to have the place cleaned 1 week into my 2 week stay, which was fantastic. The cleaner did a great job and I appreciated the offer. One note: make sure to bring your own toiletries as there weren't any when I stayed.

Glad to find a place where we can bond with families while in Bacolod. The place can accommodate up to 12 persons. My nephews and nieces enjoyed the night swimming at the community pool in the subdivision. We enjoyed our stay this house❤️😊

We stayed at Zenith’s for over two weeks, and all I can say is that it was one of the most stress-free airbnb space I have ever been! It had everything you could possibly need. The washing machine broke down before we came in and Zenith basically told us that she will have our clothes washed for us. Jhonabel was also very accommodating and very easy to ask questions to. The place itself was very well located with a lot of great restaurants basically walkable from the area. No complaints, highly recommended place!

Really affordable and the place was so clean. Host was super friendly, they even adjusted to tone themselves down, because I was working every night. I had so much inquiries and even bothered them to look for frozen stuff and asked if may available sila na water gallon. But they did it and answered me, amazingly. though, I would recommend to have a dish scrub or sponge. (Nahirapan ako mag hugas hehe) but overall, if you're looking somewhere na peaceful and malayo sa city, it's the place to-go. Plus, nalaman ko na may small 7/11 pala sa street—and pauwi nako nun. huhu. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

I booked Jay's place for my entire family, and we all loved it! The home was very nice and cozy, spacious and comfortable. The location was private and peaceful as well. Jay is an awesome host! Checking in was a breeze, and he cheerfully agreed to our checkout request. We’ll definitely be booking again. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

I had a long-term stay at Arjay's place, and I so appreciated how accommodating and responsive the hosts were during my time here! The place gets lots of natural light, so I was able to work comfortably in the room with the desk. I had all the kitchen amenities I needed for the duration of my stay. I liked the location as well -- right near the Esplanade, Molo District, and Atria shops. I would definitely stay here again!

A great stay. I was surprised that there were drinks inside the fridge and water bottles too. There was coffee as well. Very clean and easy access to the nearby mall. Will definitely go back

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

Jeanette was so responsive and accomodating, even offered us the airbed for our baby just incase we need it but I only requested for extra pillows. The place was so clean, you got everything you needed especially for long stays. Also everything around was so accessible and it was a peaceful stay there. I would definitely book again here. We stayed at Jo Ann's place for a couple of days, and everything went smoothly. It's very easy to check in and check out, and the host is very proactive and responsive. The place is close to restaurants, atm's, convenience stores, a mall, and you can walk to the art district.

We had an awesome experience at Connie’s place. I would choose to stay there again given the chance to come back in Iloilo. 👌
