Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

Marina Beach 5mn drive away Shops (convenience store and bakery) 2mn walk Marina port and restaurants within walking distance. Split 45mn by car, departure from activities: rafting, boat trip.... We enjoyed the greenery, the large terrace, the calm.

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Luka and his wife are lovely and welcoming people. Always good advice for visits. The accommodation is very well located and in a dream environment on this little paradise island. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

The house was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful home with stunning views and the most incredible patio space by the pool. Mariana was so responsive and kind with very helpful local recommendations. Can’t recommend staying at this home enough!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful flowery house! In the quiet you can enjoy the garden and the surroundings thanks to the bikes. It is ideally placed to explore the national park. The host is available and has great tips for discovering the region.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. We had an amazing stay – the property really exceeded our expectations! The view was absolutely magical, such a view you have difficulty tearing your eyes off. The location was perfect as a starting point for exploring the area – close to swimming, excursions and well-known places to visit. The accommodation was very child friendly with toys and pool, and everything we needed was there. Our hostess was lovely- she let us stay longer the last day when there would be rain and thunder for the kids not having to be out in the storm. We are very grateful for this extra care that meant a lot to us. We hope to come back – this was a real gem.

We had a beautiful stay at Josko and his wife’s villa, they both went above and beyond to make our best friends hen do special and memorable! I would say that the pictures don’t do this place justice, it was just what we needed and more! Our hosts helped out massively with airport transfers and lifts into Split which saved us so much money! Myself and the group couldn’t recommend this place enough and would go back any time. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the pool is bigger than we thought! We really can’t fault it and had the most amazing time. Thank you Josko and wife! Much appreciated!

I can't be more positive about Antonija and her villa. Situated in an absolutely beautiful bay, the clear Adriatic Sea and stunning surroundings were just what we'd been hoping to find. The Villa was a relatively new build that had been kept in pristine condition. It was exactly as described, pretty private, overlooked by one absent neighbour, it had a small pool, an outdoor barbecue and as many lemons, limes and sprigs of rosemary as you could pick. It was off-season so there were no tourists which was great. There wasn't much open, but the restaurant next door was making it easy when we couldn't bear to cook. There's a fantastic fish restaurant (Pasarela) only 45 minutes walk away that really should be visited - tables go down to the water's very edge - stunning! And Antonija couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from the port on arrival, taking us to the supermarket every few days for supplies and taking us back to the port when leaving... We loved it!! A+++++

Villa Vito is in a beautiful setting with views over a secluded bay, and surrounded by olive groves. The outside space is thoughtfully designed to create a really peaceful and lovely area. We were there in the penultimate week of May and were very unlucky with the weather. Rain, high winds and chilly nights, although we did have some intermittent sunshine. We used the pool and swam in the sea. Overall we felt that the villa will work really well in better weather, when the outside space will really come into its own and evenings can be spent around the table by the pool, and making use of the outside sofa area. Inside, the downstairs space is rather limited, especially when confined by the weather as it is just an open plan kitchen with a sofa area at one end. It was fine for two but we felt it might be a bit 'tight' for a group of six. Ambroz was a very responsive and helpful host, especially when we had trouble with the door and the hot water, quickly sorting things out for us.

Wow what a find. Mirko is the best host, always attentive, there to answer any questions and help if you need it. The villa is equipped with everything you need, kids loved the computer, pool table and darts they also had a great time in the pool they were never bored. Mirko was on hand if we needed anything he was kind to lend us the electric cars for a couple of days but also gave us a number for a taxi (Damir) to use on other days we ventured out. He helped us out one night on ordering a takeaway while the restaurants in Gata were closed (it was Sunday) nothing is too much trouble. He took us to the supermarket and showed us round and gave us ideas on what to explore. We had cake and delicious pancakes made for us and he made sure we had lots of goodies in the villa when we first arrived. He is the best and we will definitely be going back.

Tin, Maja, and their lovely family were spectacular hosts. A truly magical experience for our honeymoon. Hvar is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been and the locals were very friendly and helpful. We will be back. We even got to be friends with their family dogs, Gigi 🐶 and Rocky. I highly recommend going to Real Hvar and renting an ATV and doing the tour that they lay out wonderfully for you. Don’t skip the wine and olive oil tastings. 10/10 experience. We had a fantastic stay at Villa! The view is absolutely breathtaking — easily the best part of the villa and something you'll never get tired of. The driveway is very steep, which can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you've done it once, it's totally manageable. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and truly lives up to its name — peaceful and private. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with unforgettable scenery!

Our stay at Simona’s was lovely, the location is sensational up the top of the hill with an uninterrupted view of the peninsulas. There are a number of steps to take each day to get down to the beaches and restaurants but well worth it. The facilities provided everything we needed for preparing meals at home, enjoying the pool and use of the bathrooms etc We highly recommend this property.

We had a great time here! The outside area is amazing and very comfortable. ACs on both floors worked quite fine. The beach was less than 5min away also quite nice with a few bars to enjoy a drink in the shade. Karla was a great host and made arrival as well as departure super easy. I can highly recommend a holiday here!

Very clean, cozy apartment with terrace and sea view. There is a beautiful swimming pool in the yard, there are sunbeds and umbrellas. Everything you need to stay is also there; appliances, including a dishwasher, furniture, dishes in excellent condition. Very friendly hostess! Nearby 2 beaches, 3 restaurants, a shop.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in a quiet location with beautiful views over the sea. The sunsets were spectacular-beating Santorini’s by a mile! The family were very generous-sharing eggs from the chickens, their own olive oil (we got some to take home was so good!) and a sour cherry liqueur they made. My son was happy to find kittens to play with, and enjoyed the pool. House was well equipped, excellent air con when needed, and pool was refreshing too. Can highly recommend for a bit of getting away from it all!

Wow, what can I say…giving 5 stars and saying Amanda & Chris are the best air BnB hosts I’ve ever had still doesn’t justify it! The location of the hidden house literally could not be better. You are within a 45 SECOND walk to some fantastic restaurants, the water and at the heart of this little town. If you want to make the most of your time - Amanda will hook you up with Niksa, who picked us up from Split airport, dropped us off by speedboat, and took us out for our final day where we explored deserted bays, beaches and other hidden gems around the Paklinski islands. We went to Hvar town for the day and although we liked it, it made us realise just how special SG is - I’m so glad we did it this way round! If you come to Stari Grad, you HAVE to stay here, thank you guys! :)
