Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Yes, this is really The Old Naseby School House. This 2 bedroom house sleeps up to 7 people. A king room with ensuite, a second bedroom with 3 single beds, and the option of a double sofa bed in the lounge area. All beds have electric blankets. Full kitchen. Second bathroom with washing machine. The living area is heated by a log burner & heat pump. Outside is a verandah to BBQ & relax & enjoy the outdoor area.
