Monthly Rentals in Otavice

Super satisfied with our stay. We stayed here because we were going to discover the Krka national park and we wanted a place to stay that was nearby. First of all, we were received incredibly kindly and given information about a possible restaurant and the national park. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with every comfort. We had a nice outdoor space, the kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was super nice. Hat off for the bathroom with its underfloor heating and lovely spacious shower. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend this!

I fell in love with Croatia & Kaštel Kambelovac during my 1-month stay at Erma’s. Barbara, who was my support and contact person, was super helpful, especially when I had questions as I began learning my way around on the wonderful bus system. While you cannot see the water at all & there is little direct sunlight coming in (as there is a building acrosss the street that seems to house a preschool), the studio is charming inside (just as it looks in pics), & is only a 30-second walk from a little pebble beach, a long promenade with benches, and a yummy restaurant. Two more blocks gets you to groceries, a town square (popular with locals—not touristy) & coffee/drink bars. I so appreciated access to a bike to explore the waterfront villages in Kaštel, which had more outdoor dining in the direction of Trojir. Easy access to charming walled city of Trojir, much larger Split, & the airport by bus. Tip: I most loved beach bar with trees at nearby Gomilica. Plus be sure to download bus app.

A small but well-performed apartment. Comfortable and well equipped. Silvija is a great host!

Had a lovely stay at Sanja's house, it was very spacious and had everything we needed; the absolutely stunning garden and location right next to Cikola Canyon were both big bonuses. Sanja and her father (who lives nextdoor) were both very friendly and helpful too. We would highly recommend staying here if visiting Drnis and the surrounding area. Hvala
