We had a lovely, albeit very wet Pentecost weekend in Rachel's house. We were two families (6 people, 2 children (3 years old)). We particularly liked how child-friendly and well-equipped the house was. There are plenty of toys and the trampoline in the garden was a hit. The surroundings are beautifully idyllic. However, we were a little surprised by the high tick volume, but that's nobody's fault. However, you should prepare for a vacation in the area (vaccination, spray) and check daily, especially with the kids. The house was very cozy and could be heated wonderfully with the fireplace in the unfortunately very bad weather. The footpath to the house, which is slightly elevated, was a bit impractical. If you arrive with a little more luggage and shopping, you have to walk the way several times, but it worked. Overall, we were satisfied and felt very comfortable.

Excellent Airbnb! Really clean, comfy beds, had every you need for your stay. Extremely quiet, you couldn't hear the traffic from the main road at all inside. Felt like a lot of care had gone into designing the Airbnb and David was a very responsive host. Would stay again!

K&D were such incredible hosts and made our stay feel very welcome and right at home. They were very responsive when we needed anything, and never hesitated to respond and help out if we had any queries. The house itself was stunning and was very relaxing and peaceful for our group, allowing us to fully enjoy our stay. We would happily return and stay here again, and it made our trip to Prague even better.:)

A beautiful place to relax & explore. Upon arrival, we were greeted on the terrace by a curious, trusting fire salamander. The cottage is very cozy with a lot of love for detail and you immediately feel comfortable - everything you need is there. A big thank you to Katharina for the warm hospitality. 5 ★ Stay – Perfect Anniversary Retreat We chose Cristina’s place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt an abundance of good vibes and positive energy throughout the house. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature, with plenty of lovely walking paths. The house itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a warm hug. It was the ideal serene getaway we were hoping for. With so many interesting places just a 30‑minute drive away, we were able to soak in the region’s charm—Veste Coburg, the impressive fortress known as the "Franconian Crown," is a must-see. Cristina was truly a perfect host: proactive, always available, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her thoughtful touches and responsiveness made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone seeking peace, charm, and access to the gems of Franconia. We’re already hoping to stay here again.

Gabriele is very welcoming and helpful. The house is more beautiful than the pictures, very clean, and has everything one needs for the stay—she has thought of more than most hosts to make available for a worry free stay. It’s a beautiful setting and we look forward to returning.

It was really nice at Natalia's, she was very friendly, as was her husband. The location was quite central, only 20 minutes to the city center by train or Uber. It was very clean and quiet! The pool was the highlight at our temperatures! We will be happy to come back.

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

Very nice house conveniently located to Prague. Clean and we'll equipped. Five minutes walk to Sbusani train station, from wich you can get to the center of Prague in 15 minutes.

We stayed with Pavel for a JGA. With his translator app, communication was also not an issue. Pavel is super friendly and you don't get anything from him, even though he lives next door. He stopped by again in the evening to bring bread and coffee beans and had asked again if we needed anything. The house is a bit outdated, but the pool at about 20-21 degrees remained unused by us. But for the purpose that we were there, it was impeccable. The large living room is great and also the possibility to use the pool table as a dining table is great. I would be staying for max. 9 people recommend, 9th this was already relatively cuddly. We had a very nice weekend!

Great stay! Most of all, we enjoyed the great location right by the river with the many water birds. You could even see cranes. And the sauna was great - especially because it rained every now and then. You can see that from the cozy warm sauna window! The furnishings are also perfect! Unfortunately, we didn't have matches for the existing candle. A clear recommendation from us !

Nice, clean place to stay. Definitely keeps everything it promises. Even the campsite between the lake and the accommodation was not a problem - everyone was very friendly and quiet.

A very nicely developed container in a beautiful location. I bathed in the pond every day. As already mentioned, there are campsites around the small lake, which are at a pleasant distance from the accommodation. They didn't bother us much, as they were very pleasant camping guests.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful little cottage with garden. It was quiet and clean. Simona is a very nice hostess.

Everything was as expected. Very idyllic and quiet. We had everything we needed to rest and cook delicious food. A highlight in the hot temperatures was the "earth refrigerator" for a cold beer;) Or the horses in the paddock with sunset in the background. You could also listen to frogs in the evening at a small pond nearby. Communication was totally uncomplicated and always went very quickly. Highly recommend!

The stay on Petr's houseboat was something very special. The boat is located at a quiet mooring, you leave the small industrial area behind and get out of the car between trees. You can park right in front of the jetty. Our little dog loved walking further on the elongated peninsula. The boat itself is individually and stylishly designed. The large windows in all directions allow you to see the water, the ducks, jumping fish and even a beaver. But you can also sit even closer to the water on one of the two terraces. On hot days, air conditioners in all rooms provide quick cooling. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, all the "basics" (spices, vinegar, oil, flour, coffee, etc.) are also available. For the first thirst, a chilled bottle of water was already available in the refrigerator. Even if you have to drive a bit to the sights, I enjoyed the location very much.
