Beautiful, newly built apartment in separate part of a villa. Located in a calm neighbourhood in the northern part of Lund close to city center. There is beautiful nature in the vicinity. Apartment fully equipped, with stylish interior. First floor has bathroom, kitchen w/ all necessary appliances, utensils. Second floor has open space w/ dining area, living room w/ couch that can be converted into a bed, a separate bedroom. Apartment comes w/ parking spot outside entrance (no extra charge)

Orangeri, hela boendet, någon minut från Lund C

Här bor ni nyrenoverat med ett orangeri som kök och vardagsrum. Boendet ligger i lugnt, äldre kvarter några minuters promenad från Lund C, domkyrkan, universitet, stadspark, idrottsplats mm. Det passar fint för en familj 4-6 personer eller kollegor på tjänsteresa. Det finns tre sovrum i nedre plan och två rymliga badrum med toalett & dusch samt en separat liten toalett med handfat. I anslutning till orangeriet finns uteplats. Bra wifi. Parkering i området (6 kr/tim dagtid, söndag ingen avgift).

Helt nyrenoverad lägenhet på ca 36 m2 i sekelskiftesanda med vardagsrum och välutrustat kök. Sovrum med säng, 160 cm samt en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet med plats för 1 extra person. Arbetsplats med skön arbetsstol. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt i lilla charmiga Lund, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse här. 10 minuters promenad till mitten av centrum. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i stor villa, byggd år 1901. Stor trädgård med många olika rum! En fridfull oas!

Tanya war super zuvorkommend und eine tolle Gastgeberin - ich habe mich sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt :) 5/5 Sterne & eine große Empfehlung an alle Frauen, die ein paar Tage sicher und geborgen in Lund verbringen wollen!

Dilaver's apartment was amazing! Dilaver was an excellent host, waiting for me on time at the entrance, showing me the apartment, giving me clear instructions. The apartment was super clean, spacious and smelled freshness in every room. I was surprised by the cleanliness of it and how tidy it was. The apartment was close to supermarket Willy's and to a bus stop going directly to Lund C and the city centre, making an excellent choice for staying. I could not recommend it more!

Overall, a very positive stay. The furniture was not always the best, because some things broke or were very close to breaking. However, if something did break, there was always a replacement right after we mentioned it. Perfect communication! Would recommend staying.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben wurde und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist toll, denn wir konnten Schweden richtig gut erkunden. Der Check-in und auch der Check-out waren super easy. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Chris war zu jeder Zeit super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir durften nach Absprach sogar Wäsche waschen. Wir werden uns die Unterkunft für den nächsten Urlaub aufjedenfall merken.
