Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Mitt bland fälten, på cykelavstånd från Lund centrum ligger denna fridfulla nyrenoverade lägenhet, med vy över åkrar och trädgård. Buss på gångavstånd tar dig till Lunds centrum. Närliggande Stora Råby har både kyrka, lunchrestaurant och fredagspub. Boendet är soligt, stillsamt och utrustat med allt du behöver. Lakan och handdukar finns på plats. Huset har ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en två-sitsig bäddsoffa i allrummet. Välkomna!

Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Everything Lund has to offer, including the beautiful Stadsparken, is literally on your doorstep. A 120cm bed in the bedroom and a 140cm sofa bed in the lounge provides very flexible living accommodation for a maximum of 4.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
