The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.

About 600 meters to a very nice sand beach. The house is a zero-energy house where solar cells produce electricity corresponding to annual consumption.
