Stay near the sea in Brantevik on Österlen

The location of the house is perfect for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rocky swimming areas, wonderful white beaches nearby. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed for free. Our guest house is located in a village with several restaurants/cafés that are mainly open in the summer. You'll like the little charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150 meters from the beach. The accommodation is best suited for couples or small families.

Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Skåneleden (SL4) runs just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafes and shops. To the north you take the wonderful boardwalk in Carl von Linnaeus's footsteps towards the fishing community Vik. Proximity to fantastic sandy beaches and all the small gems that Österlen can offer. Här kan ni avnjuta goda middagar både i köket och på den generösa uteplatsen med utgång direkt från Klassrummet. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Det är cykelavstånd in till Simrishamn och till stränder.

Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Wonderful farmhouse situated on top of a small hill on the edge of the village of Simris. A calm and beautiful place with panoramic views over the surrounding landscape and sea. Newly renovated by the architect owners offering two individually designed apartments and a cabin on an adjacent field. The site is almost 2 acres centred around a charming cobbled courtyard shaded by a large chestnut tree. There are varied spaces to socialise from outdoor breakfast to barbecues in the sunset.

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Kåseberga. This house was originally the old fire station that used to be in the village, but has since been carefully renovated and retained its charm with the raw stone walls, ceiling beams and beautiful stone floors. A short walk will take you down to the charming old fishing village in the harbor. There is a smokehouse, restaurants, shops, café and ice cream kiosk. Here you can rest in seclusion between visits to everything that Österlen has to offer. The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer. We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Svinahuset consists of four separate, completely newly-built apartments with one room, double bed and fully-equipped kitchenette as well as toilet and shower. The apartments have their own small terrace with lovely views of the landscape around the farm. Close to Simrishamn and other attractions in Österlen. In the summer, wonderful sandy beaches around the coast attract visitors.
