Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Stay in "Grindstugan" in Hannas, with a perfect location for today's excursions. Return to the quiet in the evening, cook a good dinner with local ingredients and enjoy the sunset or a good movie. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. In the living room area, there is a 3-seater sofa, coffee table and two armchairs. 43-inch TV where you can watch via your own apps. Listen to your music via Bluetooth. The bedroom is in the loft, which has standing height in the middle. There is a double bed and two wicker chairs. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet.

Completely newly built and newly furnished apartment lights and fresh. Private patio. The farm is free with amazing views of the fields. On the property there is a gallery. Very quiet location. The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Welcome to our wonderful oasis in the village of Örum in the heart of Österlen! From here, it is close to everything Österlen has to offer; beaches, sights, galleries, restaurants. The guest house is a smaller house in the garden. The house is about 25 square meters and newly-renovated, fully-equipped kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, dining table and bathroom. A bright and nice house overlooking rolling fields! Full access to the large secluded and thriving garden with several patios.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

Little House is renovated with ecological materials and located in a quiet village near Ystad, in-between two golf courses. Close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, art, nightlife. 5 km to beach/outdoor pool. Across the street there is a playground with swings, slides, trampoline and grill. Charming and spacious house with nice details to enjoy during the Österlen vacation. Here you have cozy days with a fireplace and nice views. Located near Simrishamn with bicycle distance to Brantevik and swimming from the bathing ladder by the cliffs. Four bicycles are available to borrow, three women's bicycles and one men's bicycle. 15-20 min drive to sandy beaches.
