Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Our lovingly furnished apartment for 2-3 people is located in the midst of nature in the Sternenpark on the Mannaz project farm. A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine, a 140 cm x 200 cm bed and a large BA. A fireplace that you light provides cozy warmth and great evenings. Optionally, there is a courtyard sauna all by yourself. Children want to develop freely. We cannot ensure this and have decided to welcome young people from the age of 16.

My mini-loft is near these sights: Gendarmenmarkt with the Berlin Concert House, the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, Tiergarten, Unter den Linden, Museum Island, Schloßplatz, the TV tower, etc. - in the middle of Berlin. It offers comfort and modern design with a cozy living and sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the terrace, which is open to the courtyard, at any time.
