The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or via electric heating. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A ping-pong table is available. Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Your sunny lakeside vacation home - come on out...

In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Our lovingly furnished apartment is located directly on the quiet lake shore and offers you the perfect retreat to escape the ordinary. Enjoy the view of the sparkling water in the morning with a cup of coffee on the terrace and the gentle splash of the waves at sunset in the evening. The surroundings are idyllic, quiet and ideal for those seeking nature, relaxation and privacy.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel cycle path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay. Bungalow by the lake, private lake access, canoe, jetty

Welcome to Uferglück - your wellness paradise in the fountain city. On the edge of the fountain city of Neuruppin, in the idyllic district of Gildenhall, lies the cozy furnished bungalow on the shore of Lake Ruppin. After a relaxing day in the spacious garden or an extensive sunbathing on the property's own jetty or a canoe tour, the day ends on the large covered terrace in the evening with a glass of wine.

Quiet hideaway in the Rhinluch

Enjoy a relaxing time just an hour from Berlin on the edge of a small village, right next to the nature reserve. During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.
