Welcome to a lovely cabin by the fjord! Peace, quiet and sea views. It's quiet here and you can relax completely. This cabin is located in Hindenesfjorden, five minutes from Ostereidet, in beautiful Nordhordland. The large garden is a paradise for all ages. By the lake you will find a boathouse with good fishing depending on the season, it is also possible to borrow a boat and kayak. Here you can swim, fish or just enjoy the birdsong and tranquility. The cabin was built in 1983 in traditional Norwegian cabin style, and very well taken care of.

Cozy cottage

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Mountains right behind the house with several hiking opportunities, and lake below. In summer, a SUP board can be borrowed by appointment. The hosts live in the farmhouse (the largest house) in the yard. In the yard there are also 3 cats, 5 rabbits, and currently 2 ponies. Otherwise, many mountain hikes and hiking opportunities on Osterøy, e.g. Bruviknipa, Kossdalssvingane +++ Distance to Bergen: 32 km, about 35 min by car. You can take the train from Arna to Bergen, it takes about 20 minutes.

In this place you can find peace for both body and soul. The apartment is located in a peaceful spot on Osterøy, without noise and engine noise. From the apartment you have lake views of the beautiful Osterfjorden, and can enjoy the sunset from a cozy garden just outside the entrance. Parts of the apartment are brand new (June 25) and appear both practical and homey. There is a short walking distance to mountain trips, beach and sports facilities. Possibilities to rent extra cottage with room for 2-3 children. Fresh eggs in the chicken coop.

A place where you can find peace and enjoy your days without worries, here you can sunbathe, grill and relax in peace and quiet, the place is sheltered and without view. If it rains, you can still sit dry under the roof and at the same time be outdoors. This is a small simple cabin with great outdoor possibilities. The cabin is surrounded by water and a river that goes down to the sea. There is also a convenience store and a hotel as well as a small gas station. You can use a boat down the river to shop, or walk 5min.

Lovely cabin by the sea near Bergen

Bring family or friends to this amazing place where you can be completely on your own. Unique place by the lake just a 10-minute drive from Indre Arna and Øyrane Torg, where you will find a shopping center and trains to Bergen. You can easily get to the cabin by train and bus, but there is room for several cars outside. The cabin is about 15 minutes walk from the bus stop and 800 meters to the public swimming area. The cabin has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The cabin is now painted in gray color.

Byrkjetunet Farm

Byrkjetunet Gard is a farm in quiet and peaceful surroundings on Osterøy. Here you can stay in the farm's apartment, where you have your own entrance and terrace. The apartment has a bedroom, open kitchen solution, sofa corner and private bathroom. There is also a sofa bed so that more people can travel. Here you live surrounded by idyllic westland nature on all sides. It is a short distance to the lake for fishing, swimming and great mountain walks. Animals are of course welcome with us 🌻

Sofiahuset has been in our family since 1908. It is now renovated and has all the comfort of a modern home as well as charm from the past. Conveniently close to the E16 road between Voss and Bergen. Bergen Airport Flesland is 40 minutes away by car. The ideal spot for hiking, exploring Bergen and the fjords, or just enjoy the peace and quiet at this inland island of Osterøy. Famous attractions like Flåm, Gudvangen, Sognefjord, Hardangerfjord, Voss and Trolltunga within daytrip distance.

Sunny cabin by the lake - only 1 hour from Bergen Here you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake, take a dip on hot summer days (or a bath in the jacuzzi) Rowboat at your disposal from the 2026 season from April to October. Outboard motor available at additional cost. (use of motor, boat license if you were born after 1980) Fine hiking areas in the high mountains or in the lowlands. May be available for private guided tours in the nearby mountains.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful residence. Furuheim has been significantly upgraded this semester and undergone a real makeover. Undisturbed location in a peaceful and family-friendly area. Immediate proximity to spectacular nature with mountains such as Rispingen, Bruviknipa, Geitnipa and more. The cabin is also 150m from Storavatnet, where you will find opportunities for fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, etc.

Her kan du nyte deilige dager utendørs: Enkle turer i skog og mark. Fiske-, båt- eller kajakkturer er lettvint. Nyte en bok ved peisen. Ta en bordtenniskamp. Eller spille biljard. Plukke markjordbær, blåbær eller noen ville bringebær. Dette er i hjertet av Vestland!

Charming cabin in Bruvikdalen

Our cabin is for rent. It is peacefully located by the eastern lake in Bruvikdalen. About 1 hour from Bergen city. Possibility to borrow two kayaks and a small rowing dinghy. Rispingen, Olsnessåto, Høgafjellet and Bruviknipa with new sherpa stairs are some of the great mountains that are within a short distance from the cabin.
