In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. The shower is out in the wood fired sauna wagon. 520sek/night/1 person , then 190sek/night for every extra guest

Welcome to our cozy Farmer's cottage located on beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our Norrbotten farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forest, and read. The Northern Lights season is here! Now there are good opportunities to see the aurora borealis at Hållgården. In the yard there is a barbecue area and surfaces for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!

Stugan har en bottenvåning med fullutrustat kök, matplats, bäddsoffa och toalett/dusch på 25 kvm och ett sovloft på 10 kmv. Som gäst har du även möjlighet att nyttja skidspår utanför dörren. Stugan hyrs ej ut till rökare. The cottage is not rentable for smokers

Walking distance to railway station, about 15-20 minutes. Car distance to Storklinta (for slalom and outdoors) about 20-25 minutes. One tip is to visit the wilderness center in Svansele! Internet is available via fiber.
