Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Österåker Municipality

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Haus ist ein Traum und man findet alles vor was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt und wie es beschrieben ist. Auch die Kommunikation mit Maria lief unkompliziert und sie war stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen!

Die Unterkunft von Malin und Sven ist einzigartig schön! Wunderschöne Lage in Mitten einer traumhaften Natur. Das Anwesen war einfach nur ein Traum, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen, welche sich auf dem Grundstück hervorragend beschäftigen konnten. Gemeinsames Kochen in einer wundervollen Küche, Boule spielen, Kanu fahren oder einfach nur den wundervollen Garten oder die Schärenwelt geniessen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei❤️. Die Kommunikation mit Malin war immer top, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank Malin und Sven🥰

Det är ett fantastiskt boende med toppenläge till havet och Mats är en mycket trevlig värd. Han är engagerad med att gästerna ska känna sig välkomna. Härligt hus invändigt och mysig omgivning. Mycket fina sittgrupper på olika ställen i den stora och fina trädgården. Mycket djurvänlig värd då vi hade med oss två hundar.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem kleinen Haus in Riala! Die Unterkunft ist neu, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet – genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist traumhaft und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit Lollo war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Check-in und Check-out liefen reibungslos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolut empfehlenswert!

Vi bodde två nätter hos Lena och Richard i deras fina och mycket charmiga hus i början av juni 2025. Huset är litet men har de bekvämligheter som behövs och ligger fantastiskt precis vid vattnet. Att sitta vid bryggkanten under alträdet är nästan som att vara utomlands. Lena och Rochard är väldigt trevliga, omtänksamma och måna om att gästerna ska ha det bra. Toppvärdar helt enkelt och vi kommer gärna igen.

You will need to go there to believe how truly beautiful this place is. We are a family of five and spent a wonderful week on Viggsö Island. We have never had a better host than Harry, extremely friendly, helpful, and always available! We would love to come back one time.

The house standard is high and the location is beautiful. It’s the perfect get away! The only thing that wasn’t clear in description was that 1 bedroom is “inside” the other bedroom, so not fully private. We certainly recommend the stay.

We’ve had an amazing stay with friends and toddlers. The house was perfect for cooking and social evenings. We had bad weather which means we did not enjoy the pool as we hoped to, but luckily we enjoyed the sauna with breathtaking views. Mikael was responsive and always helpful when we had questions. Thank you!

We stayed at Kalle’s place in 8 - 2 families with teenagers. The house was perfect, the kids enjoyed the pool and the SUP (as well as we did!). Great evenings on the terrace and at the fireplace, barbecues every night… Kalle is an excellent host, extremely helpful, full of resources and advice. He suggested a concert in the neighborhood, a swimming sauna and boat trip which we enjoyed a lot! We found ourselves part of a neighborhood of very welcoming people. Alternating visits of Stockholm and days by/on the water was ideal for our group and nearby Waxholm is a great starting point for exploring the arcipelago. We strongly recommend the place and were very sorry to leave!

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

Anna‘s Place is very charming and has a high personal touch which made us feel welcomed right away. Everything was super clean and well equipped and we did not miss anything. The communication with Anna was super friendly and immediate. We would definitely rent this place again. Perfect to escape the city!

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans le logement de Christina, logement fidèle à la description, un petit paradis perdu en pleine nature. Nous étions à pied, mais, aimant marcher (20 minutes depuis l arret de bus) cela ne nous a posé aucun problème. Merci pour le prêt des vélos et du canoë qui nous ont permis de découvrir Vaxholm et les îles environnantes, différemment et de façon autonome ! Christina a été une hôte formidable. C était un plaisir !

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!

We came right before the season began, so things were extra quiet! The host met us at the bus stop which was a short walk away and VERY easy to navigate. He was so helpful when we wanted to go explore other islands and if something wasn’t in the rental space he got it for us! Also, I wish the states took note of FLOATING SAUNAS!!! That was such a dream!

Wir haben die Unterkunft für unseren Trip in die Region Stockholm gebucht und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die kleine aber feine Unterkunft ist wie beschreiben und es ist alles vorhanden um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Lage ist einmalig und der Ausblick auf das Meer wunderschön. Vielen Dank an unsere freundlichen Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft von Oskar und Justine war sehr schön! Hier kann man hin, wenn man dem Alltagsstress entfliehen möchte und morgens Vögel sowie abends Rehe beobachten mag. Das Häuschen war für 2 Personen super und hatte alles was man brauchte. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war zur Benutzung vorhanden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Edholma und würden die Unterkunft immer weiter empfehlen. Auch der unkomplizierte Kontakt zu den Vermietern war gut. Wir haben immer schnelle und präzise Antworten bekommen. Da wir über Ostern da waren sind die Fähren nicht so oft gefahren. Ansonsten ist aber die Anbindung nach Vaxholm und zu anderen Inseln super! Danke und alles Gute! :-)

Das Haus von Pierre ist wahrhaft ein “Juwel in den Stockholmer Schären“. Das Haus ist groß, sehr schön geschnitten und hat das „gewisse Etwas“. Highlight ist die sehr schön gemachte Sauna mit Blick aufs Wasser. Sie kann auch nachts schön beleuchtet werden. Paddelboot und Stand Up Paddel runden das ganze ab. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich noch ein weiteres Haus, dass auch vermietet wird. Mal sehr nette Leute und wir haben uns gut verstanden. Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche verbracht und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Auch die Kommunikation mit Pierre war sehr angenehm und wir haben wertvolle Tipps bekommen.

A gorgeous, peaceful personal home with all the amenities you need in a country house. A short drive to a small beach and dock to jump from. A Swedish dream. Great for a family or a group of friends. Loved the cliffs on the property. Free car ferries take you from main land to this island (Yxlan) and also further out to the next island (Blidö). Thank you Christelle! Look forward to our next visit.

We had a great stay at the lovely well equipped cottage of Per and Benita. They even have a tosti toaster. We walked and cycled around the island and had a great dinner at Jeppes as recommended by Per. We loved this back to nature experience with outdoor (Hot!) shower and toilet. We experienced that the coordinates of the house on airb&b are not correct. Still the cottage is easy to find since it lays along the (very quiet) road and looks exactly like the pictures. When you leave the island check in advance the ferry timetable to see if you have to book the ferry in advance.

We had a fantastic stay on Stor-Krån in Ebba‘s and Carl-Magnus‘ beautiful home. You can see the love they put in to renovate and decorate the house and it offers amazing sunrises and sunsets. We could pick blueberries every morning just behind the house and went sailing from time to time or just enjoyed the sauna. We loved the area with Linanäs being easily reachable for basic groceries and Vaxholm not too far away either. They are very attentive hosts and have always responded super fast and helping when we had any questions. We will miss Stor-Krån and hope to be coming back one summer.

Superbe emplacement au calme avec paddle et canoë pour explorer les environs. Très bien équipé: four à pizza, barbecue, bain chauffé au bois… Sur l’île nous avons pu cueillir des myrtilles et faire un clafoutis! Nous avons passé 5 jours au top!

Wir hatten wunderschöne, entspannte 3 Nächte bei Karin. Sie war super lieb, hat immer direkt geantwortet und uns sogar Tee und Kekse geschenkt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden für ein Wochenende Auszeit in Schweden sofort wieder buchen. ☺️
