Unique house in the best location of the city

The cozy townhouse in Hjelmerstald is located in the middle of Aalborg's historic center. The house is over 500 years old, but is newly renovated in respect of the long-standing history of the house. In the old days, Hjelmerstald was a notorious and poor street, but today the street is the most photographed street in Aalborg and contains some of the most cozy houses. The sandy colored house with one of the city's old renovated gas lamps on the house wall contains lots of coziness, pretzel nooks, and stories.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a nature plot in the forest with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg 15 min to the city bus. Whether it's city break, golf, mountain biking, road biking, you have plenty of opportunity to get your needs met here with us. We'll be happy to help with advice if you ask. Centrally located in the attractive Øgade district. Oyster facilities, cafes, takeaway places and shopping. The apartment is set up as a simple hotel room and is without personal belongings. Lighter equipped kitchen with the most necessary kitchen utensils and service. The bathroom is very small. You can take a bath, but there is no shower niche.
