For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The apartment is in the countryside about five kilometers from the city center of Kamenz. It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a kitchen, a living room and a balcony. A public playground for children is available directly behind the house. Use of the garden directly behind the house is also possible. On request, another room outside the apartment is available. The apartment has a 180cm wide box spring bed, a large TV, Wi-Fi, couch (extendable to a sofa bed), several wardrobes, a kitchen, toilet incl. shower and a large balcony. The apartment is located directly at the Kamenzer Forst and therefore in a quiet location. There is also a free parking space directly in front of the apartment.

Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.
