Great place to stay + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50 m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was easy, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a little small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was enough for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for another Sanremo trip.

The view alone makes this place worth it. It will take your breath away. The unit has everything one would need to make a small breakfast or small meal and coffee on the terrace was spectacular. It was clean upon arrival. Location was great as we used it as a hub to get to the F1 events. While I researched Menton I didn’t know it was just a short walk away. It is such a beautiful quaint city we loved it. Don’t forget the old town of Roquebrune it was my favorite. We would consider coming back to this apartment.

Great apartment in a really central location - close to the shops, restaurants and beaches. Short distance from the station. Apartment well equipped with all the essentials. Most suited to a couple sharing the main bedroom as the sofa bed was not very comfortable for a week long stay. The agents were very responsive and we were able to check-in early and leave our bags at their office on our last day which was really helpful.

Very close to the sea: we found it fantastic that from the terrace and windows you could see it very well, framed by the maritime pines and you could hear the sound of the waves! Beautiful, elegant, very clean accommodation, with impeccable amenities... there is everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. Very nice and helpful host. Lidl supermarket very close and very close to many free and equipped beaches and the beautiful cycle and pedestrian path that runs along the coast for 43 km Recommended for everyone, for the elderly or for those who have difficulty walking we point out a dozen steps at the entrance and the narrow one-way road slightly uphill that leads to the accommodation.

The apartment was very comfortable, just as comfortable as a hotel. There were small amenities provided, such as toilet paper, shower gel, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. A really great place. If you were to book this as a hotel room, the price would be ten times higher !

Manuela’s apartment is beautiful, fully renovated, super clean and well located close to the train station and the beach. Supermarkets, coffee shops and other specialty stores are within easy walk. Our group of 3 enjoyed the stay. However, the apartment faces the main busy street and some of us had some issues with the sleep but it wasn’t a problem for our short stay. Manuela is truly a Superhost!! She was so kind that even picked us up from the train station and gave us a quick tour of the town. All in all we had a good stay!

Great experience in this apartment. Everything was as described. Very functional and the terrace is really very nice. And Marco was perfect. So I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay right on the promenade! Close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Very spacious and the balcony was beautiful.

Casa Rossa is truly a slice of heaven. Stunning, perfect location. Walking through the garden on the first night, we got “lost” as it got dark. And then magically these beautiful lights started to light a path up to our guest house. It brought moments of surprise and awe everyday. And everyone can use a little more of that in their lives. Tip: don’t drive your car and walk to the port/restaurants from the garden’s private gate. Tip: don’t use the AC in bedroom and sleep with windows open to enjoy the sound of the waves and ocean breeze. Tip: to the right of the driveway, there’s an amazing “hidden” bench down a long pathway - you have to duck under a tree and then when you sit - you will find one of the most beautiful views in the world. I think views like that created poetry, philosophy, and art. We had a truly amazing time. Daniela was so lovely as a hostess - thank you for our gift. And thank you to Silvio, you were wonderful at quick communication. Gratzie!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. This home is in an amazing location with easy access to the bus which takes you everywhere you want to go and more. The home has so much character and of course beautiful views. Dominique and his wife met us at the bus stop and orientated us around the home which was very helpful. Recommend and would stay again.

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a bed rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed any other comforts for him such as a crib or high chair. The area is great because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

The area is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everything. In a short time you can reach the highway and from there you can go wherever you want. I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Our stay was really nice. Ms. Sara and her father Mr. Mario had thought of everything for our stay. Sweet treats, a tidy house, clean towels and linens, a beautiful and useful patio, everything was very good and as described. Especially for those who will go with small children like us, the patio is both safe and very enjoyable. They were also very helpful at check-in and explained everything in detail. It was perfect place to stay for our family to have a bike and beach trip. The sandy beach is just across the street and bike rental is possible nearby if the post is open for the season. Wonderful beachside restaurants and sunset aperitivo. Thanks, Gianluca!

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Beautiful tidy and clean house in front of the beach and very close to the center and the underground parking. Giovanni was very helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend the location.

A lovely well-situated apartment right in the centre of the town with beautiful views of the sea and old town. Very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen made our stay with 2 children a very pleasant one!
