We chose this place for its location close to our relatives and we were fully satisfied, not only because we could almost always walk, but also because the apartment is really very nice and comfortable. Danilo's welcome also impressed us favorably, for the clarity and cordiality of the communication and the ability to solve problems. The night we arrived there was a hitch because the lock on the front door broke, but Danilo handled it so promptly and well that we weren't stressed at all. Advantages of the Colli area: the square around the church of the Madonna dei Sette Dolori is home to real "gems" in terms of typical restaurants and there is even a very good ice cream parlor where people come from all over Pescara. Fancy a stroll downtown? In five minutes you reach the central parking lot "Area Risulta" where you can leave the car and venture into the large pedestrian area.

During a work trip with friends, I stayed at Int. The accommodation, modern and technological, is located in a residential area with a shared gym. The two-room apartment is spacious, well-furnished and equipped with a terrace overlooking the garden. Valentina, the host, took care of every detail, providing for example plenty of coffee pods and various snacks, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The experience was extraordinary and, despite being a business trip, I felt at home. Absolutely recommended! I look forward to returning, perhaps for pure pleasure.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

Excellent accommodation, really spacious, generous sizes everywhere, giant shower and terrace always ventilated, area full of places to eat arrosticini and Conad a stone's throw away to get basic necessities, highly recommended for those who really want to relax a little in life!
