A few days here, you are like new - away from all the hustle and bustle. Gamle Hvam is next door, which is an old big farm that has now become a museum and worth a visit. There are several hiking trails in the area, so nice opportunity for activity and walks. Closest shops are Neskollen, Vormsund and in Årnes Sentrum.

There is no fiber network here, and no TV Ice/Telia works well, telenor is somewhat unstable. Distance to Hadeland Glassverk is 25 min drive by car. Distance to Kistefos museum is 28 min by car. Sonos, TV og internett gjør det moderne, men allikevel gammel tradisjon.
