The apartment is completely renovated and is located in an old building from 1870 on the 2nd floor. The square is surrounded by charming cafes, restaurants, shops and square trade. It is easy to find and has a bus connection to Oslo virtually outside the door. The water park and the marina are 3 minutes away within walking distance, The apartment has a new bathroom, open living room kitchen solution and 2 bedrooms. Everything is new!

Bright and modern apartment in quiet surroundings near the Akerselva river on Sandaker. Good public transport. Close to Storosenteret and Odeon cinema. We live in the apartment as usual, and it is therefore well equipped. Has elevator and terrace. An air mattress with a top mattress of 152*203 cm can be placed in the living room to get two extra sleeping places. The living room has light-tight floor-to-ceiling curtains so it is possible to get it completely dark. There is a 100-inch home theater in the living room that can be used to watch movies/TV.
