Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Osimo

Der Vermieter ist gewerblich. Daniel, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert, war aber sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Was uns auch sehr gefreut hat war das Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen, das bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet hat. Die Lage war wirklich besonders schön mit Blick bis zum Meer und in die Berge und sehr ruhig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr gut und auch nötig. Wenn man von Mücken bevorzugt wird, sollte man an Mückenabwehrmittel und elektrische Stichheiler denken mitzunehmen. Die Matratzen der Betten waren meinem Mann leider zu hart. Ein optionaler weicher Matratzen Topper könnte da einfache Abhilfe schaffen. Der Garten war groß und alles war sauber gepflegt, aber leider war nicht ein einziger blühender Strauch vorhanden. Ein paar bunte Oleander, einige Lavendel und Rosmarin würden dem leeren Garten wirklich gut tun. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns gut entspannt. Danke Daniel!

Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Right near the beach. Easy street parking nearly always available. Supermarkets close-by. The balcony/outdoor space was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, hotel-grade for sure. Each apartment has every single thing you could need or want to be a home-away-from-home. Bathroom out of a magazine, Large TVs, fast internet, all cooking utensils you could possibly need. Even included some extra "goodies" like fruit, juices and coffees for breakfast throughout the week. Host was extremely responsive, quickly addressing anything you may need. Wish I extended my stay honestly! Would've loved to have spent my whole trip here. Thanks for a wonderful stay Marcello!

Ca’ Masini è stata una piacevole sorpresa: immersa nella tranquillità eppure a due passi sia dal mare che dalle colline. San Giovanni in Marignano è una cittadina splendida, viva e accogliente, e la location della casa regala un’atmosfera di pace inaspettata. Comunicazione impeccabile, pulizia perfetta. Assolutamente consigliato!

Una settimana da sogno nelle Marche con tutta la tribù: cugini, sorelle, genitori, cane e la suocera (sì, anche lei). La villa? Un paradiso. Piscina top, idromassaggio terapeutico (anche per i nervi), BBQ da grigliatori seriali. Stefano e Alessandro: da 10 e lode, sempre presenti ma mai invadenti. Panorama da cartolina, comfort ovunque. Ci siamo rilassati, divertiti e... ingrassati. Ci torneremmo domani. Anzi, ci trasferiremmo.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Wow! What an incredible property. We loved our time staying at ‘the tower’. It is a beautiful setting among the olives and vines on a hilltop. The surrounding area is beautiful and it’s an easy walk to local vineyards and restaurants. Only one caveat: the WiFi is very weak and not suitable for video calls.

Fantastische locatie in het laatste dorpje voordat je echt de bergen in gaat! En toch is de bewoonde wereld en de supermarkt nog geen 10 minuten rijden. Het huis was voor ons tweetjes ruim genoeg, eigenzinnig ingericht en comfortabel. Michele is een toffe host die op een aangename manier in de buurt is en rustig communiceert. We kregen verse eitjes en visstoof van hem en hij heeft ons een paar goeie tips over de omgeving gegeven. We hebben de jacuzzi niet gebruikt, maar de yoga-studio wel. Ook de dorpsbewoners - en dat zijn er niet veel - waren heel vriendelijk.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 13 presso la casa di Angelo, per il weekend del 2 giugno. La casa è molto bella, in una zona tranquilla, è molto spaziosa sia all interno che all esterno, con un patio e un giardino che offrono una bellissima vista. La piscina essendo fuori terra non è grandissima ma assolutamente funzionale per rifrescarsi mentre ci si gode il giardino, ed è stata molto sfruttata dalle 5 bambine del gruppo che si sono divertite moltissimo! Angelo è stato sempre disponibile e gentile nei nostri confronti, un ottimo host!

We loved staying here! What a perfect location. A private house super close to the beach, but away from the fray of the main beach street. Only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. So nice not to have to worry about parking. We went to the free beach next to the Blu beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Good place to relax and cook basic meals. There is a small yard and table so you can eat outside. Easy parking for the car. Super nice host! We would love to come again.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

It was a real pleasure of staying at this wonderful and authentic place! Casa al mare accogliente e perfetta per una fuga di relax. Pulita con ambienti ordinati e ben curati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. A due passi dalla spiaggia, in una zona tranquilla e piacevole. Consigliata!

We have a phrase that we say when the location of some home is excellent. We say location, location, location!!!! This home has an excellent location. Doing a pilgrimage in Assisi You have to be close to all the special churches, and spots that are important. Stefano‘s place is in a perfect location. Stefano and his wife Laura are delightful. The apartment is extremely clean. Extremely comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The AC works excellent. And the fact that you have a kitchen that you could buy things at the market down the street to have breakfast in the morning Worked great for us. This home was a little haven for us in our pilgrimage in Assisi. Thank you, Stefano and Laura :-)

Soggiorno breve ma intenso, un vero peccato non essersi fermati più dei tre giorni che avevamo a disposizione. Il luogo è incantevole, panorama stupendo, casolare in ottime condizioni, piscina top. Siamo stati non bene, benissimo, anzi di più. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell'host, pulito e con tutto a disposizione. Piscina super, praticamente a nostra esclusiva disposizione. Il sig. Lino e sua moglie persone riservate, discrete ma sempre pronte e disponibili. Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Complimenti davvero, speriamo di ritornarci. Grazie sig.
