We offer accommodation in a modern renovated studio in a beautiful villa built in 1905 in a quiet part of Dubí. The studio is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The price is for the whole studio (max. 4 people). The villa is located in a large garden where you can sit with coffee. In the vicinity there is a climatic spa and ideal conditions for hiking, skiing, mountain biking and natural swimming. Beautiful city of Teplice with lots of entertainment and restaurants 10 minutes by car and only 50 minutes from Prague and Dresden

The whole family will relax in this quiet place to stay. The cottage has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with cooking facilities, an electric stove. A dining area. Outdoor covered terrace. The cottage is in the immediate vicinity of the farm, where you will really be connected to nature. There is no Wi-Fi. It's the perfect place to relax from everyday worries. There are plenty of places to walk or hike nearby. Horseback riding can also be arranged by phone.

Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. Tranquility and nature offer the perfect environment for retreat, time out and meditation.

Apartment with alpine hut in the beautiful Erzgebirge

A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

Apartment cottage

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

A romantic and quiet place in the heart of nature.

The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, 1,500 meters from the family Sport complex Klíny and running/cycling tracks. There are only two cottages in the immediate vicinity. Here you will find complete facilities for a long-term winter/summer holiday or just for a weekend stay with friends or family. In winter you will not be able to reach the cottage, you have to leave the car parked in a parking lot 300 m away.

Small, fine attic apartment

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Cozy 2-room duplex

Nice small and cozy apartment for 3-5 people, quietly located right on the edge of the forest with a fireplace. It is great for small families, couples or solo travelers to relax and leave everyday life behind. The fully equipped apartment is a good place to stay with two adults and one child in the bedroom. There is a possibility to create two more sleeping places on the sofa.

Winterzeit in unserer Ferienwohnung im Erzgebirge

Up to 4 people can enjoy their relaxing vacation in the apartment. It is about 32 square meters and includes a living/sleeping room equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and another bedroom (also ideal for one to two children). A delicious breakfast can be served for an extra charge of €12.00 per person.
