Gården, byggd 1890, ligger vid en liten grusväg i en by cirka tre kilometer från havet och fiskeläget Brantevik. Välkommen till vår underbara oas i hjärtat av Österlen! Härifrån är det nära till allt Österlen har att erbjuda; stränder, sevärdheter, gallerier, restauranger.. Gästhuset är ett mindre hus i trädgården som ursprungligen var hela byns gemensamma fryshus! Huset är på ca 25 kvadrat och har nyrenoverat, fullt utrustat kök, ställbar dubbelsäng 180 cm, tv, matbord och badrum. Ett ljust och trevligt hus! Full tillgång till den stora insynsskyddade och blomstrande trädgården med flera uteplatser.

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård,”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

Detta huset är ursprungligen den gamla brandstationen som tidigare fanns i byn, men har sedan varsamt renoverats och behållit sin charm med de råa stenväggarna, takbjälkar och vackra stengolv. En kort promenad tar dig ner till det charmiga gamla fiskeläget i hamnen. Här finns rökeri, restauranger, butiker, café och glasskiosk. Sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem sich auch unsere Kinder sofort wohl gefühlt haben und auch draußen genügend Platz zum Spielen hatten.

Der Empfang war äusserst herzlich. Küche, Bad, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer äusserst liebevoll, komplett und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der sehr gepflegte und grosse Garten bietet viele verschiedene Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten. Wir konnten in den 4 Tagen gar nicht alles ausprobieren und nutzen. Leider sind Wohn-, Schlafzimmer und Küche, Bad und WC über einen Hof getrennt, was nicht sehr praktisch ist.

Vi trivdes gott hos Millan. Trevligt boende för oss och vår hund. Härlig altan med eftermiddag och kvällssol. Läget va bra och nära till mycket sevärdheter.

We enjoyed the farmhouse a lot as a family of 4 incl. two kids! The house is beautiful and very charming with everything you need, very cosy and a lovely garden. Per is a great host. The communication was easy and fast and he had a list of activities and recommended places to eat and drink. We loved the calm area and the beaches around! A stay is absolutely recommended!
