Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

100m to the lake: Beautiful flat with lake view

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. The Waldlusti is a beautifully located apartment on the edge of the forest in the Singen district of Überlingen am Ried. The approx. 87 m² apartment with living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. The rooms are bright and modern and all have large windows overlooking the garden. With a wood-burning sauna*, heated hot tub*, grill, fireplace, hammock and covered terrace, it offers many opportunities for relaxation in any season. (*for a fee)

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Holiday barn in Hegau

The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
