Una barbacoa en el jardín, así como en cada una de las terrazas privadas de la estancia, ofrece al cliente la posibilidad de preparar su propia comida y disfrutarla al aire libre. El studio 1 está equipado con una pequeña cocina, con 2 fuegos de inducción, pequeña nevera, cafetera, tostadora, exprimidor de naranja. En la misma habitación se encuentra una cama doble (1.50 m x 1.90 m), sofá, TV y una mesa. El baño es con ducha. Fuera cuenta con una agradable terraza privada con su BBQ, mesa y sillas, y lavadora, con vistas a la piscina. Mascotas del propietario en la finca, también pueden haber mascotas de otros huéspedes, ya que las mascotas siempre son bienvenidas.
