You will have everything close by in this very small 40 m2 apartment, located in the heart of the tourist area of Puerto De la Cruz, a 5-minute walk from Playa Jardín, Playa Chica and Punta Brava, beaches with breakwaters so you can swim peacefully. The apartment is a studio type (40 m2). It has a room with a double bed, which is separated from the living room by an opaque curtain, and in the living room there is a sofa bed. All beds have linens. It is an open space with a kitchenette with everything you need, a closet for storing clothes and a full bathroom, plus a small balcony. They will have access to 3 pools, two on terraces and one at ground floor level. They will check you in there, and I will leave an envelope with the keys and instructions for entering the apartment, with the guest's name and the number of companions, etc. Children must always be supervised, especially on the balcony and in the pools. It has a crib.
