Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Välkommen till vårt charmiga fristående hus med bastu. Gångavstånd till både hav och sjö. Huset byggdes 2018 och är fördelat på två våningar med gedigen golvvärme. Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

This is at the edge of the water with a deck at the waterside. We have 1 bedroom with a double bed & a single bed. ( If your group is larger , you may rent our other stuga : SeaView Cottage in the garden of the same villa. Njut av havet precis framför huset och slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. En stor brygga med matbord, loungemöbler, grill, eldplats och en liten gräsmatta omger er. I en separat stuga 5m från detta boende finns en rymlig bastu med havsutsikt. Spa pool finns ca 50 meter från huset I sjöboden finns en säng och en bäddsoffa. Är ni fler än 4 personer så kan ni hyra till ytterligare en stuga för 4 personer Vandringsleder, café, restauranger och mycket annat finns bara10-20 min bort

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Ladda själen med en ved bastu och mysstund framför den vedeldade kaminen. Nära till stranden, Idealiskt för vintersporter. flertal restauranger, uteplats med grill Handdukar lakan finns på plats Tillgång till porslin, samt cyklar 3 vuxna , dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa. Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

The cottage is about 35 sqm and is operated with solar panels. It has a wood burning stove, comfortable double bed, a sleeping alcove with bunk beds, tiled bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Charming patio with sea views and access to barbecue. Only 150 m to the bathing jetty and 5 min to the bathing beach.

Living room with kitchen table +chairs and sofa bed. Rent our bikes and or canoe to explore Björnö Nature reserve and the archipelago. Two minutes walk to the closest beach.
