Family house with pool, in the Parc naturel régional du Perche. Comfortable, the house was completely renovated in 2021. In absolute calm, on the edge of the Perche state forest and surrounded by meadows occupied by horses, the house overlooks a wooded park on one side and a garden with a secure outdoor swimming pool heated from May to August on the other. The house is 10 min from Mortagne, 30 min from Bellême, 2h from Paris and 15 min from the Aigle train station. Great for a family vacation!

Une petite maison au coeur du Parc

Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

Rent a house in the Perche

Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Perche Natural Park, and 800 m from the village of Ceton with all amenities, this authentic Vau Gelé family home is ideal for hosting family and friends in large numbers. My accommodation consists of a main farmhouse, as well as a barn, refurbished, on a plot of 3000 m2, totally isolated and in the middle of the fields. It can accommodate up to 15 people, spread over 6 bedrooms.

You are 80 km from the sea and the Swiss Normandy. The house is located on a one-hectare lawn, a river runs along the grounds.
