Lovely property and location. Easy to reach from the ferry and great place to base yourself for the Perche region.

We had a great time to celebrate New Year's Eve with friends. The house is spacious, perfectly equipped and met all of our expectations. We were 9 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 5), and everyone found their space. The children enjoyed the toys available to them. The decor of the house is warm and cocooning, creating a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Plus, we all slept very well thanks to the comfortable beds. Antoinette was responsive and attentive to our needs. A big thank you also to Annick for her warm welcome upon arrival and departure. We highly recommend this place for a stay with family or friends, and we will be happy to come back!

This is a wonderful place to stay. Great location from where we could work - visiting sites to undertake butterfly surveys - really easily. The house itself has everything you need and its decoration and personal artworks make it a joyous place to visit. Every room has something to discover and bring a smile. The kitchen is functional and the house has everything you need. Completely recommend it.

Antoine received us principally at the Manoir de Pincelu, my friends and I who were his first AirBnb hosts, not only benefited from the comfort of the recent Manor layouts, but also and it was not planned, we tasted the dishes composed with local products for the meals served at the table that he offered us morning, noon and evening! In addition, the next day, we discovered the Château de Carrouges that he took us to visit and then, during a horseback ride, the Bois de la Baronie where Antoine is preparing the construction of a cabin perched on the banks of the Orne! One would think that"A good surprise every day" would be Antoine's motto, but the one he displays for the Manoir de Pincelu is that of the Abbey of Thélème "Fay what vouldras" , imagined by François Rabelais in his Gargantua narrative (1534). I encourage you to stay there in all seasons, as the Manor is heated comfortably.

We had a wonderful Easter weekend with friends at Marie-Noëlle's home. The accommodation is full of charm, impeccably clean and perfectly as described. The environment is peaceful, green and very well maintained – a real little piece of heaven to unwind. We really appreciated Marie-Noëlle's welcome and attention to detail. Thank you again for this beautiful moment, we leave with very good memories and the desire to come back!

Everything is beautiful: the house, the furniture, the tiles, the decoration. Every detail is tastefully thought out. Laure and Thomas are lovely. Excellent quiet stay in this spacious and very welcoming house! There's nothing missing from this listing! The garden, billiards, ping pong table and all other leisure activities available are very enjoyable! We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt "at home". A big thank you for the special touches. A country house perfect for sharing moments for families or groups of friends! Sophie's house is welcoming and full of charm. In spring the garden is superb and makes you want to lounge there. Sophie was always very responsive and gave us good advice about the area (walks and activities). This is a place we will come back to with pleasure!

It's a beautiful house with a spotless host. Located in nature and very quiet. We can see deer in the garden. A few things to improve though: umbrella to change, two screws around the pool to be screwed back in full and replace some boards on the pool deck

This cottage was exactly what we were hoping for. We had plenty of space to celebrate our daughter's 40th birthday with family, 8 adults and 10 children. Everyone had enough space both indoors and outdoors. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the different rooms, the matching furniture and the monumental fireplace. In short, a castle life for a weekend, with all the modern comforts. The area is beautiful, hilly and green and allows for beautiful and unusual walks. Finally we enjoyed the welcome, and the availability of Annelies, who made a very nice birthday cake for us. The whole family was delighted with this stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Normandy. We were a group of two families with children and the space and amenities were perfectly suited for everyone. Everything is designed for guest comfort, with quality amenities. The garden is splendid, the rooms spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped: there is everything you need in pots, dishes and utensils to cook like at home, which is a real plus. The house was impeccably clean when we arrived, which is very nice. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a relaxing moment. Also, the host is very responsive and always available. We recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure. Thank you Helena!

It went very well. Mathieu was available whenever we needed him. The small downside: the shower towels were a little "small" in size and perhaps one bath towel per person was missing in addition to the shower towel. Apart from that, everything was very sufficient. We had a nice weekend with the family; and even though the weather was capricious, we were able to enjoy the pool a little between 2 clouds.

Everything was perfect. In addition , the house is well suited for families with children.

We stayed for a week at the lovely loft of Bertrand and Anne-Christelle, and it was truly an incredible experience. The place is beautifully designed, completely private, and the warm pool was a real treat — we used it every day. Travelling with our one-year-old, we were especially grateful for how well-equipped the loft was. Everything we needed was there, which made our stay so much more relaxed and enjoyable. A delightful bonus: the many animals on the property! Bertrand and Rosalie (daughter) were more than happy to introduce us to them, which was an absolute highlight for our little one. We had a fantastic holiday and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be coming back!
