Halfway between Mont St Michel and the Loire Valley castles! On a hiking trail, you will be comfortably housed in the quiet of the countryside and in complete independence. You will have at your disposal a nice living room with 1 sofa and 1 table, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom. You will have a private terrace facing the pastures. Alone, as a couple, with your children or a couple of friends, we will be happy to welcome you and offer you a breakfast with our homemade products.

We are in a small hamlet with direct access to a local footpath with scenic views. Lovely rural location but only 5 mins from the D524/D924 between Vire and Flers To help keep our guests safe we are following an enhanced cleaning routine.

The Annex of Plessis Bochard

In a house rebuilt at the beginning of the 19th century having preserved part of the vault of a 16th century chapel, you can enjoy on the ground floor a cozy living room with wood stove as well as a kitchen area and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a lovely mezzanine bedroom with sink and corner bathtub. Garden furniture is at your disposal as well as a heated swimming pool, in addition to two bicycles to discover Saint Céneri and the Alpes Mancelles.

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Independent studio for 2 people – Châtillon-sur-Colmont

22 m² studio full of charm with a beautiful high ceiling completely refurbished, in a quiet and green area not overlooked. Located close to the village of Châtillon-sur-Colmont between Mayenne and Ernée. This accommodation offers: a separate entrance with cupboard, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, private bathroom + toilet. Guests can also enjoy access to the garden of about 2000 m² with a seating area.

The village and its many shops are easily accessible on foot, about a quarter of an hour by the small roads. Bretoncelles train station (Paris–Le Mans line) is 1 km from the house.

In the heart of a hilltop village punctuated by the sound of bells, we offer our cottage, just restored, close to our house. You will have private access and enjoy a garden dedicated to you. Ideal location for exploring our region... A stone's throw from the Voie Verte, walks and bikes are a must. Bakery-Grocery, restaurant and Sunday morning farmers' market, will allow you to discover the flavors of Perche.

Independent studio with a view

Our studio of about 50 m2, refurbished and functional, is located in a place called quiet and peaceful on the heights of Ambrières-Les-Vallées. The living room consists of a bed and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 people. Access to the greenway on the old railway, used by Vélo Francette, is located about 500 m from us. We look forward to welcoming you!

A peaceful oasis in the middle of Parc du Perche

In the Perche Regional Park, next to La Perrière, we found our haven of peace and happiness, in perfect harmony with the beautiful nature of these places. The guest house is in the garden, just across the main house where we live all year round, surrounded by meadows, forest and Percheron horses.
