My family was very happy and enjoyed their stay in the place. Definitely will consider next trip. The property was big and very clean with all basic necessities was available to used. Very secure and quite place and very close to all amenities in the city. Host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you very much for a lovely experience for my family. Will recommend to all to give a go.

Amazing 3 Bd home in Tent City close to everything

Centrally located, this home has great modern style and plenty of amenities to satisfy. Solid internet, on-site parking, air conditioned bedrooms, full kitchen, huge loft area, completely secure with a parameter wall and gate and advanced camera system. From here you are 10 minutes from the Robinson Mall and 15 from downtown. Catch a tricycle 2 blocks away or get a snack at the sari-sari store two doors down. Tons of great places to eat and the best coffee in the city only blocks away!

I think this is the best apartment you can find in central Ormoc City. It is set up great, especially for longer stays. The pictures are accurate & everything is very clean and works properly. The ocean is ~ 500 M away. Walking into town to the central market is about 1.2 KM. Walking to the Gaisano Mall and/or the SM Mall is 800 M to 1 KM. There is also a sari sari store called the White Market just at the top of the street on the main road, maybe like 100 M. You can buy basic needs there (snacks, drinks, soap, diapers, rice, eggs, milk, load etc). Tricycles are available right at the main road also. There is also a Foodpanda here if you need food delivery. The host Jan has been great to communicate with and is really sweet. The property caretaker Jennlyn is very helpful and takes really good care of the property. She has been awesome to have around & is really sweet and helpful. Overall it has been a really nice stay & I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation.

I enjoyed staying at Jan’s place. It met all of my needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Ormoc.

A newly constructed apartment building is surrounded by lush palm trees. The structure features multiple balconies with modern railings, and an open space beneath the building can be seen. Bright outdoor lighting enhances the inviting atmosphere of the exterior.

nice modern new appartement with balcony in front ricefields ...a bit outside the center...has all the necesairy amenities....3 bedrooms...but the funny thing was that we have to choose for one of the rooms and the others get locked then
