Great place for the money best Universal. We liked having a kitchen and also having two beds/baths. It was well appointed and had all we needed.

Brandon’s place was a great location for everything we wanted to do. It matches the description and photos. The terrace outside is a fabulous place to spend time and chill on an evening. Even though things didn’t go as planned with my trip, her warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression. Jesus was great - very responsive and always got back to me within minutes if I had any questions. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Backyard was great and very private. The home had everything you could need and the appliances all seemed new and clean. Loved that he had the little extras like soap, shampoo, etc. We didn’t really spend too much time at the house, but it was wonderful that we could come home for an hour or two midday to take our dog for a walk and some play time, and be back at the park so quickly! Would definitely recommend this house if you are going to Universal!

The bungalow was a perfect home-away-from-home during our two week stay. Our hosts were kind, very responsive, and super generous with their time. They dropped off a spatula day-of when I couldn't find one in the house (Spoiler alert: it was under the oven mitt the whole time!). The neighborhood is a great mix of restaurants and classic, old-Florida craftsman and ranch houses. It can be a little noisy with Hawkers right nextdoor, but it's totally worth having great Asian street food just steps away.

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to an issue caused by the previous guest, which left the property unavailable for my reservation. While the situation was disappointing, I want to highlight how responsive and proactive Kyle was throughout the process. He immediately took steps to resolve the issue, kept me updated, and looped in Airbnb support without me needing to reach out myself—which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. Just the kind of vacation I needed to get me through the rest of my year 🌴 Our host was very kind and responded very quickly! Book a stay here!

We had a great stay at Willis’ property! To me the star is the backyard. Large pool with a REAL deep end, lounge chairs, covered patio with cushioned furniture and a TV, BBQ, and a hammock! But that’s not to say the inside gets left out; all new appliances in the kitchen, both bathrooms nicely updated, comfortable couch and decent size rooms throughout! We found the neighborhood quiet, covered carport was very helpful, and plenty of options in just a few minutes drive. Willis’ communication was top notch, check in info was sent on time, same with follow ups and check outs, even checked with us if a pool cleaning service visit was timed OK for us. Would definitely rent from again!

It was a nice place for a family. It’s close to Rock Springs. Perfect for a night before a spring trip.

Lovely old home in beautiful convenient neighborhood. Lots of space, great back yard with nice pool. Well stocked with plenty of towels. Kitchen is spacious. Comfortable living rooms and beds. Will definitely seek to book this place again on our next trip to Orlando.

We loved Yale House! Incredible location. Walkable to local eats, drinks, coffee, shopping, grocery store. Nearby lakes are gorgeous… and it’s only 2 miles from downtown Orlando! Caitlin is kind, responsive, leaves no detail unattended to! Highly recommend!! 👍👍

My friends and I were in Orlando for a Disney race and it was the perfect location. The accommodations were as described and very clean in a quiet community with close proximity to many shops and restaurants. Katerina provided clear instructions for accessing the stay and was very responsive. Would highly recommend!

I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!

Our stay was great! The location is great just far enough away from the Disney craziness but close enough to get to it all easily. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The host Kathy was amazing. Very welcoming and helpful. We did have an issue (that was out of her control) but she handle it quickly and went above and beyond to make things better. The pool was fabulous! Plenty of chairs, beach towels provided and a great bar/restaurant onsite.

This was a family trip and we really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful place, very clean which is sometimes hard to find and a most for me, great location, great restaurants nearby and well centered to other attractions and really nice amenities. Easy to find and easy check-in and check-out process. Very comfortable beds. The only thing I would say could be improved is having at least salt/pepper and coffee pods/filters for the Keurig, at least enough until guests can go to the store and replenish, even cheap hotels will have coffee and certain other things added to your stay (just an improvement) and also adding pool towels (doesn't cost much to add and people don't usually travel with them) Overall awesome stay! Would consider again.
