Great location, quiet, peaceful and had everything we needed for preparing food. We had some friends over for dinner and were able to cook a great meal, provide room around the table using the outdoor table and chairs. The toys provided added to our comfort because one of our friends had an 18 month old child. People of all ages are supported in this apartment. Very thoughtful of our host

Bardzo ładny apartament w ślicznej lokalizacji. Bezpłatny parking. Blisko na szlaki i do restauracji. Jedyny minus to wiadomości od właścicielki o godz 1.30 w nocy z informacją, by nie zapomnieć wyrzucić śmieci. Poza tym, miejsca naprawdę godne polecenia.

Překvapivě velké místnosti. Příjemné polštáře, peřiny, povlečení - spalo se krásně. Základní vybavení (sprchový gel, ručníky, dokonce i něco málo v kuchyni - olej atd.). Byly jsme moc spokojené a moc děkujeme!

Vše bylo krásně uklizeno a připraveno. Moc hezký byt v klidné části. Doporučuji všem.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Vladimír war rundum fantastisch! Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, sehr freundlich und er war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

The host was very responsive and helpful. We checked in and checked out without needing to meet with anybody (the host gave us the necessary codes remotely). The apartment is modern and extremely well-equipped. The kitchen, in particular, has everything one may need to prepare meals. The wifi is very fast (fiberoptic). The whole town is very walkable, and there are plenty of hikes in the mountains surrounding it. Most days, we walked 10-20 km (6-12 miles). I particularly recommend a walk from the rental unit to the historic sanatorium built over a century ago on the forested hill to the south of town. There is also a hike on Park Hill displaying WWII-era armaments. But the biggest tourist attraction in town is the Arado system of underground tunnels from WWII which is accessible with guided tours. The town has a train connection to Czechia (a 50-minute mountain rail line direct to the cute town of Trutnov from which one can connect to cities like Hradec Kralove and Prague).

Skvělá komunikace s majitelem, který je velmi ochotný a nápomocný. Dům je nádherný, velice čistý a na perfektním místě. V domě je spousta místa. Musím vyzdvihnout, jak vkusně a decentně je zařízen. Bez problémů i pro náročné hosty. Přestože sousední dům se může zdát blízko, nemusíte se vůbec obávat, máte své soukromí. Nádherné místo, jak dům, tak i zahrada . Děkujeme za pobyt.

It was perfect stay in superb nature. The best equiped kitchen we ever met. Jacek even provided a place to store our bikes and also toys for our children. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft ist klasse für Familien mit Kindern. Alles sauber und der Lift bzw. Die Rodelbahn ist gut zu erreichen! Rundum Klasse!

Świetne miejsce wyglądające nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Było bardzo czysto i na miejscu było wszystko czego można chcieć do posprzatania - worki, odkurzacz, tabletki do zmywarki, czego tylko potrzeba. Dom jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony (naczynia, garnki etc), bardzo duży, wspaniałe miejsce na ognisko, sauna. Gospodarz jest bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Bardzo polecam!

Wir waren zu zweit für 6 Nächte in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen, die uns die sehr saubere Wohnung und den Garten, den wir nutzen konnten, zeigte. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat auch auf deutsch einwandfrei geklappt. Basia und Mirek sind zwei sehr nette, gastfreundliche und offene Vermieter. Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé až nad naše očekávání. Vše čisté, nové. Kuchyně plně vybavená, ložní prádlo čisté a voňavé, v koupelně kosmetika od paní hostitelky na vyzkoušení. Spoustu dětských hraček, knížky, hry lego, panenky, auta atd. Takže není nutné brát pro děti jejich hračky. Sauna byla perfektní. Moc jsme si pobyt užili

Die Unterkunft von Natasja war wie beschrieben. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft und Ideal für eine Gruppe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, wenn man die Beschreibung ordentlich liest. Auch Wanderziele sind in der Umgebung viele vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und schön. Gerne wieder.

Gospodarz Robert jest całkowicie bezproblemowy, kontakt na wysokim poziomie, szybkie reakcje na odpowiedzi oraz chęć dogadania się. Mieszkanie, które oferował Robert było 6 osobowe, myśmy byli w 9 osób (w tym dwójka małych dzieci i ze spokojem się pomieściliśmy) i nie było problemu, abyśmy wszyscy mogli być w jednym apartamencie - za symboliczną opłatą. Mieszkanie czyste, dostępne piecyki, ciepła woda w łazience, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. W 100% śmiało polecam.

Jan's apartment worked great for my visit to Hradec Kralove. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Jeli jsme za poznáním města a nemohli jsme si vybrat vhodnější ubytování. Krásný byt přímo v centru města. Přitom ale ve velmi poklidném okolí. Byt má krásné, prostorné a čisté místnosti. Moderní a velmi estetický. Je v něm vše, co člověk potřebuje a i něco navíc. Paní Adéla je skvělá hostitelka a cokoliv jsme potřebovali, byla nám okamžitě k dispozici. Pokud pojedete do Hradce strávit noc, mohu vřele doporučit.

Domluva se sympatickým a flexibilním majitelem, od začátku do konce, velmi příjemná i uvolněná. Celý proces ubytování a provedení celým apartmánem, který dýchá domovem, přímo ve středu města bylo rychlé a nabité všemi nezbytnými informacemi. Byt vypadal přesně jako na fotografiích, čistý a útulný. Díky výborným tipům od majitele, jsme se rychle v Litomyšli zorientovali. Moc děkuji.

When we arrived, David greeted us and showed us how to get in and gave us instructions. The flat smelled good and there are multiple ventilation systems/fans throughout, making it quite comfortable. Everything was pristine and quite spacious for 2 of us. We stayed for 2 weeks because we were visiting family in town and during that time we enjoyed privacy and quiet, with very few sounds from the flats around us. Even though it was too cold to use it, we enjoyed entering through the large semi-private patio, where there is a large covered seating area that was quite nice. The kitchen had all the basics, the washing machine/dryer worked well and there was a drying rack we made use of as well. The beds were quite firm. There were blackout curtains in the bedroom, as well as another tv and a small seating area, with a cabinet where we could store our clothing. It worked quite well for an extended stay. There is a Billa and a nice cafe just one block down the road. We felt safe.

The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het huisje van Vit! Het huisje is knus met een houtkachel een een gezellige sfeer en lekker ruim als je met z'n tweeën bent. De haard en verwarming stonden al aan bij ontvangst, zodat de kou al uit de kamer was. Hout voor de haard kun je trouwens zelf kleiner hakken, leuk om eens te doen. Vit heeft ons wat tips en trucs gegeven wat betreft de boiler, kachel en de omgeving. Hij reageert ook vlot op vragen via de app, heel fijn. De omgeving leent zich voor veel buitenactiviteiten wat we dus ook veel hebben gedaan. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor de verschillende parken en bergen in de omgeving.
