We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

At the foot of the forests, where we rent a trailer, there is virgin tranquility and the tiny house underlines the poetic atmosphere of the region. In such places, the first thing a person sees after waking up in the morning is a deer right outside the window or, at night, a sky full of stars overhead. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Closed to us is a very famous waterfall where it is alloud to go swimming. The interior is a very cosy unique design with all modern features - WIFI, smart TV, modern kitchen, ...

The cottage accommodates 8 people, so it is a great place for a group of friends, a family holiday, but also for a couple in love.

The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

This location allows all sports enthusiasts to spend an active holiday, both in the summer and winter season. Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
