Despite the freezing weather, there are opportunities for a great time in Polanica. The home had all the amenities, games, and books that gave us a break. I highly recommend this place, close to every experience

The house was beautiful! Beata and her husband also offers a relaxing and well-equipped sauna space (2 saunas and salt cave). Moreover, we enjoyed the nearby (5 min walk) swimming pool with salt water.

OrchardHouse was simply a fairy tale!! We really enjoyed the long weekend 😍 Everything went smoothly and everything was great...from design and decor to cleanliness, wellness (hot tub and sauna) and nice hostess ☺️ It was an amazing relax, at the same time we got recommendations for restaurants and ice cream + trips around the neighborhood. We'll be sure to recommend this place and would love to come back!

Upon arrival and entering the cottage, the first impression was wow - we had a great time, used the hot tub, sauna and grill. Everything is beautiful, clean and tastefully decorated. We definitely recommend it!

Wonderful New Year's time in an intimate group. A cottage prepared with extra care - a kitchen (better equipment than some in the house). Dishes, silverware, bowls throughout. can be used until the dishwasher is full. Prepared cosmetics, a first aid kit, and even hygiene items for women are a big plus. To greet us, we received a large package of coffee from a friendly roastery and a delicious jar of honey. The entire design of the cottage invites you to relax. Everything is tastefully decorated, thoughtful and Magda is a wonderful, warm person, helpful in everything you ask and need. All in all, I highly recommend this place where you will feel great thanks to the owners of their passion and commitment.

Great weekend, the cottage offers complete privacy. A place behind the house fully prepared for a feast or campfire with stargazing. A communicative host, a place as described, and the opportunity to buy local products from the host! Best regards, and I recommend!

The accommodation fully matches the description. A quiet place to sleep for undemanding tourists. Good location for trips to the surrounding tours. A big plus for the possibility of having a dog with you. I can't complain about anything for the low price of the stay.

I chose the house because we have three children, two of whom are under 2 years old. So it's quite complicated to find a place where it will be safe and quiet, the stay will not turn into a horror. And this place was great. Peace and quiet, we didn't really know about the world around us. The equipment was exactly what we needed: a high chair, cots (specially prepared bedding and towels only for the baby), a lot of cool quality toys resistant to "active use by an energetic child😅" (so we didn't have to drag hundreds of km with us). In front of the house, there is a trampoline, a slide with a swing, so the kids had fun and the adults could relax. We could also have a bonfire, and when the children fell asleep, we could have a romantic hour by the fireplace in the garden house. The perfect place to spend time away from the hustle and bustle of civilization, close to interesting tourist spots and, above all, ideal for families with children👍

Our stay at Vladimír's was fantastic all around! Communication went smoothly, very friendly and he was very helpful. The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. Thank you for the warm hospitality! We will be happy to come back and can warmly recommend the accommodation.

Located on a creek, you can hear the pleasant buzz of water. Interior in a cozy atmosphere, clean, warm, decorated with taste, keeping the "soul" of an old house. Despite the very cold nights, the house was warm. Good location, practically in the center, yet off the beaten path. The hosts were very friendly, took good care of our comfort and well-being. We went to explore the city and we couldn't have chosen a better accommodation. Beautiful apartment right in the city center. But in a very peaceful neighborhood. The apartment has beautiful, spacious and clean rooms. Modern and very aesthetic. It has everything you need and even more. Mrs. Adéla is a great host and whatever we needed, she was immediately available to us. If you go to Hradec to spend the night, I can highly recommend it.

Arranging with a friendly and flexible owner, from start to finish, very pleasant and relaxed. The whole process of checking in and executing the entire apartment that breathes home, right in the middle of the city, was quick and packed with all the necessary information. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, clean and cozy. Thanks to great tips from the owner, we quickly got our bearings in Litomyšli. Thank you very much.

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! When we arrived, David greeted us and showed us how to get in and gave us instructions. The flat smelled good and there are multiple ventilation systems/fans throughout, making it quite comfortable. Everything was pristine and quite spacious for 2 of us. We stayed for 2 weeks because we were visiting family in town and during that time we enjoyed privacy and quiet, with very few sounds from the flats around us. Even though it was too cold to use it, we enjoyed entering through the large semi-private patio, where there is a large covered seating area that was quite nice. The kitchen had all the basics, the washing machine/dryer worked well and there was a drying rack we made use of as well. The beds were quite firm. There were blackout curtains in the bedroom, as well as another tv and a small seating area, with a cabinet where we could store our clothing. It worked quite well for an extended stay. There is a Billa and a nice cafe just one block down the road. We felt safe.

I highly recommend this apartment. The owner is friendly and polite. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is very clean, there are all the essentials, absolutely all the kitchen utensils, as well as a nice BBQ area - you can immediately see that the owners have thought of everything to the smallest details and take care of their guests. The location of the apartment is great, there are a lot of walking places nearby. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

We are absolutely delighted with this accommodation. Tereza was there immediately when we parked the car and took us into the apartment. So beautifully decorated and cozy - like home! The apartment was lacking in nothing and is equipped with many small, lovingly selected details. Better than any hotel! There was even a small shampoo for everyone and toiletries to use in the bathroom. In the kitchen there were several teas, coffee, various sugar, honey... just incredible how much Tereza goes out of her way to make the stay perfect. It was also very clean and looked new. We had a very good feeling all around and would be happy to come back next time we travel through the Czech Republic. Thank you for a great stay, dear Tereza!
